I've had a call this evg from some outfit who have got my name from the share register and are claiming they will be wanting to buy my TLY shrs for between £5 - £15 each - I kid you not.

My shares are with a nominee broker, so they must have put a bit of effort into just getting my name.

Presumably a scam of some sort, even if it's just to get you to open the offer doc's they want to send you by email. So maybe some nasty surprise attachment there.

Their price would be nice, but be warned!

So the IIs are over 90%! I guess it is almost inevitable when so much money was raised of which the vast majority was taken up by Institutions. However, it is a massive vote of confidence in the company and they will mostly be long term investors so it bodes well for an increase in the share price.

As I said before it is all over bar the shouting IMHO.......

That list of shareholders is before the fundraising but am I correct in working out that around 90% shares are in the hands of institutions and Bob Holt? If that is true the free float is very small and the price should be very susceptible to a small amount of buying (or selling)!

Porky, for your ref - my letter from Barclays was dated 1st March. They also emailed exactly the same info as in the letter, which in this case was emailed at 0912 hrs on the 3rd.

I've used Barc's for very many years and rate their admin and paperwork, plus the ease of contact via email/phone, to be as good as it ever gets.

Very few errors if ever and well tutored in the businss there, at the end of the phone line in Glasgow, if you ever need them. Online dealing is very smooth and efficient.

I've also applied for a fair few excess shares. Not a huge discount but still an opportunity to top up before (hopefully) we get lift off. I'm expecting a bit of scaling back but hope not too much.

Invest direct ....... The letter was dated the 3rd of March ...... It also stated I wouldn't be able to apply for extra shares .......

I have oversubscribed for many extra shares; hopefully I will get Porky's 😜! It will be interesting to see what the take up is. I suspect the majority will be snapped up and the rest taken by people like me so we will be scaled back.

As I said earlier, IMHO it is all over bar the shouting now that Bob Holt has got significant funds to build his empire.
