17/10/2016 14:39 | New annual data highlights the benefits of Clinical Health Coaching | sikhthetech
12/10/2016 09:10 | Totally Health introduces first-of-its-kind direct-to-consumer health coaching service published a week ago | sikhthetech
11/10/2016 18:43 | Absolutely, the Bob Holt factor...Mears was £50k when Bob took over and built it into a £500m company...Majority of holders are his backers and Bob...The 2 aquisitions were later part of Q2 and Q3...Majority of the revenue will be in H2.. | sikhthetech
11/10/2016 17:09 | Surely a rapidly growing business deserves such a valuation.....but I guess you either believe Bob Holt is building an empire or you don't! Don't forget further acquisitions could come at any point and could have a positive influence on the price if they are earnings enhancing. Nobby | nobbygnome
11/10/2016 17:04 | Turnover is one measure but EBITDA is the real measure. Cant see that justifying share price so will wait for a pullback. | red army
11/10/2016 16:55 | At a presentation in June Bob Holt forecast turnover of around £10 million for this year. Remember the first half contained little of the bought businesses' turnover, which will all be in the second half. So a valuation of between 1 and 2 times turnover is not unreasonable IMHO even if they only get to say 7-8 million. Plus there is the Bob Holt factor...... Nobby | nobbygnome
11/10/2016 12:37 | Great management but lumpy valuation of £12m given the turnover and EBITDA. | red army
11/10/2016 07:36 | 'About' and 'Premier'...Both seem to be winning contracts..Premier's was in July and now 'About'...So both adding to H2...Could do with Myclinicalcoach progress.. | sikhthetech
11/10/2016 07:28 | About seems to be doing well in winnng new contracts! However, I guess the key news to get the price going will be further acquisitions. Onwards and upwards! Nobby | nobbygnome
03/10/2016 14:45 | I just bought another 10k as it has drifted back for no good reason. As I have said before I am investing in Bob Holt's long term vision for this company. Having seen him speak and talked to him personally afterwards, I am backing him to build an empire here in the healthcare sector similar to Mears in the Local government sector. I will buy more if there is further weakness. Nobby | nobbygnome
28/9/2016 09:09 | We have 3 months of revenue from 'Premier', 'About Health' was completed towards end of H1 and My Clinical Coach fully launched at the of H1... | sikhthetech
17/9/2016 12:24 | SDM - Wales.. It's been in England for a while.. | sikhthetech
16/9/2016 10:41 | Porky, thanks... the system has proved it works.... PR should help spread the word... | sikhthetech
15/9/2016 12:17 | Excellent results again ...... One day the NHS will wake up ... | porky8
15/9/2016 10:38 | A year ago, today, Bob Holt, officially took over... We've had the placing, 2 acquisitions and launch of myclinicalcoach.... We could do with H1 results... these should confirm how the different parts of the business have been performing... | sikhthetech
05/9/2016 23:05 | Porky, Good find... do you think this is the 2nd phase that they spoke about... If so, we could do with some financial info showing how phase 1 has performed... | sikhthetech
03/9/2016 09:50 | Premier physical ....... Looking for more Physio therapists ..... In a couple of different locations ......... Source twitter link ..... ( premier physical ) | porky8
31/8/2016 15:03 | BTW a superb bowl is forming ; have a look at the 5 year chart. This would suggest a price target of 190p in the next few months! Nobby | nobbygnome
31/8/2016 15:00 | So a price target of 110p.....although I would hardly cause their analysis incisive. There main point seems to be that the price is 'up trending'...... Encouraging nevertheless! Nobby | nobbygnome
31/8/2016 12:25 | Just found this .. | porky8
30/8/2016 10:57 | Dummy sell gives 63.6p against published price of 62p. Severe shortage as MM's now offering a premium. | bobby.ifa
30/8/2016 10:53 | Still no cheaper offer even at 68p and they are bidding up for 7.5k. The MMs really are very sensitive on this one. Any sustained buying (or selling) could move the price dramatically. Nobby | nobbygnome
30/8/2016 10:46 | Virtually no stock available! The maximum quote I could get on-line was for 1500 so I snapped them up. Nobby | nobbygnome |
