03/4/2017 13:36 | porky, absolutely... 1 or 2 great acquisitions and the share price will fly... Now they have the money, I wonder how they are doing with the 4 they were thinking about... Hopefully, they would have a better idea and started DD by the time of the agm... | sikhthetech
03/4/2017 13:26 | FWIW I have just looked at the 5 year chart. If you believe in TA, you will be able to see that a long term bowl is forming. The top of the bowl is 190p and should be reached later this year according to the chart, which ironically would equate to a market cap of about 100 million! So all over bar the shouting 🤔....... Nobby | nobbygnome
03/4/2017 12:01 | Thanks Porky for the link. Excellent interview which reinforces my positive view about the company and Bob Holt! The target of £100 million market cap has been repeated so just a three fold increase from here..... Nobby | nobbygnome
03/4/2017 11:59 | Sikhthetech , Yep ..... 2 Bumper Aquisitions ....... | porky8
03/4/2017 11:55 | Porky, would be nice if BH can achieve his target of mcap of £100m by year end... | sikhthetech
03/4/2017 11:48 | nobby, it also increases TLY's footprint... | sikhthetech
03/4/2017 11:17 | Two more good contracts announced today. Yes they are only worth £70k per year but the length of the contracts show the consistent year on year income. I think TLY is my favourite share in my portfolio currently with absolutely great prospects for the short and medium term! Nobby | nobbygnome
31/3/2017 17:28 | Nice to see directors transferring shares to their ISA... shows they expect them to do really well, so they won't have to pay cgt... also given capital losses cannot be claimed from ISA, they must expect the price to appreciate considerably.. | sikhthetech
31/3/2017 13:39 | 10 charts that show why the NHS is in trouble 4. The UK's population is ageing People are living with a growing number of long-term chronic conditions - diabetes, heart disease and dementia. These are more about care than cure - what patients usually need is support. By the age of 65, most people will have at least one of these illnesses. By 75 they will have two. 8. Demand for A&E is rising Not all of this is down to people with these chronic conditions, but they tend to be the cases that take the most care. Two-thirds of hospitals beds are occupied by the one-third of the population with a long-term condition. There are attempts to change this. To place more emphasis on care outside hospital. NHS England chief executive Simon Stevens has set out a five-year plan to create more integrated care, which involves hospital services working more closely with their local community teams. Similar moves are being made in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. There also an emphasis on prevention - getting people to be more active, eat better diets and drink less. 9. Fewer older people are getting help with social care But perhaps the biggest problem is council-run social care. This encompasses day centres, help in the home for tasks such as washing and dressing, and good quality care in care homes during the final years of life. It is seen as essential to keep people well and living independently - and out of hospital. In an era when the population is ageing you would expect more people to be getting help from the state. However, the opposite is true. In England over the past four years, the number of older people getting help has fallen by a quarter. The result is large numbers going without care or having to pay for it themselves. | sikhthetech

29/3/2017 13:51 | Nobby, sorry, I don't know if there will be a presentation. | sikhthetech
29/3/2017 13:40 | From the placing rns.. "Of the identified pipeline, the Directors have a preferred list of four target companies although no formal approaches or negotiations have yet begun. The anticipated consideration for the pipeline of acquisitions identified by the Group ranges from GBP3 million to GBP15 million with the pipeline of acquisitions having revenue of up to GBP60 million" | sikhthetech
29/3/2017 13:37 | nobby, yes, interesting that the article says BH is targetting a mcap of £100m by the end of the year... He's already tripled the mcap but via placings/acquisition It's making a profit which will ultimately matter.. "He said the firm currently has one particular acquisition in mind which would transform the group in terms of size." "Holt – who invested £1mln in the group at 17p a share when he joined the firm just over two years ago - said he is targeting a market cap of around £100mln for Totally in the short term, by the end of this year." | sikhthetech
29/3/2017 12:08 | >> sikhthetech I see the AGM is on the 24th April. I believe you have been to previous years' AGMs so I was wondering if we can expect a presentation? If so, I will try to be there. TIA Nobby | nobbygnome
29/3/2017 11:50 | Interesting update! So apparently Bob Holt is targeting a market cap of £100 million by the year end. Just a tripling from here then assuming no further significant share issue! Clearly we can expect a big acquisition in the short term, although I will be interested to see how we are going to get to £100 million! I will settle for £50 million I think......😜 Nobby | nobbygnome
29/3/2017 11:25 | Totally focused on more acquisitions after cash call as 2016 results boosted by three purchases | sikhthetech
28/3/2017 13:00 | The company has set a foundation to build on.... The acquisitions are already securing new contracts... They now have over £17m cash. We should hear about tly next acquisition soon. The new financial year for the NHS starts in a couple of weeks and new money, announced in the budget, starts to flow to the new STPs... The NHS is in reform mode and out of hospital care, shared decision making are all part of the reform... | sikhthetech
28/3/2017 09:33 | fy results out early this year!Good set of results, beating expectations, outlook looks good..Doesn't include fy contribution from the subsidiaries bought during the year... | sikhthetech
28/3/2017 07:52 | Impressive results from the point of view of beating analysts' expectations. However, this company is all about the future and in particular the coming acquisitions. Of course the company will also benefit from a full year of income from the companies bought this year which was not the case in these results. Onwards and upwards.... Nobby | nobbygnome
28/3/2017 07:19 | Results RNS out | gbcol
27/3/2017 12:35 | Nobby, You're right... BH's holding & % is pre- the offer... according to this it should be 923,745 shares & 1.78% | sikhthetech
27/3/2017 12:07 | The table is incorrect because the % attached to Bob Holt's holding does not correspond with the number of shares. I am not sure which number is incorrect (probably the amount of shares which should be higher) but overall about 90% are in long termers' hands. So the free float is very small and in fact my holding is about 1% of that free float! Nobby | nobbygnome
27/3/2017 11:54 | TLY have updated their Major Shareholder's page.. | sikhthetech
24/3/2017 10:54 | How Wales is making better health and cost savings add up nice to see BLF providing input... "“Clinicians tend to default to action,” she says. “And once patients are on a particular pathway they tend to accelerate along that trajectory in line with guidelines. This is not always in patients’ best interests but if we could get better shared decision-making and consider how best to achieve the patient’s own health goals we might get better results. In order to do this we need to furnish people which much better information that is directly relevant to them.”" "“Healthcare is an inherently risky business,” said Lewis. “If we can tell patients that other people like them have certain outcomes following particular interventions it can be a powerful way to support shared decision-making, by helping people weigh up their options.”" "The big carrot for participating clinical teams was the promise of additional resources for their services: where savings can be made, doctors would have the opportunity to influence how funds were reinvested for the good of their patient population. For example, pulmonary rehabilitation can be valuable for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) but tends to get too little investment. Lewis’s team found that “all roads lead to inhaled therapies” which might not improve outcomes but cost a lot. They challenged respiratory consultants and GPs responsible for the COPD population to rethink how they manage their patients. Doctors were asked to focus on delivering the outcomes individual patients desired, rather than rigidly following a fixed care pathway." | sikhthetech |
