why have a header if you won't edit bad or old links that are not working anymore

why is it you don't like the idea of advfn of stopping posts being edited or showing the highlight......

NHS bed-blocking rises 42% in a year, new figures show

The biggest problem within hosp is unnecessary bed blocking..
Patients with ltc admitted to hosp due to lack of self care or medically fit patients still in hosp due to lack of care in the community..
