I do not think they will close down,this takeover of Snapper is going ahead from what i have been told,and what % of the new company we will hold is anybodys guess at the moment(i bet it won't be much) .If they ever get a listing that is another thing ?????

Yes - agreed - it may be dead - but I still can not write of my loss here against tax because it has not been 'closed' down. When will they do this ??

I do not think this is ever going to relist.I phoned Ian Williams again today ,the person who is doing the deal for shaw,he said "if it does relist it will be a long time yet and if you cross your fingers do not do it for to long as your blood supply will cut off ".So in other words not a chance of a relist.

I think this is taking to long to sort out,(well they have had over 2 years now)If it does come off there is still no news to how much of the new company we will hold as old shareholders,i bet it will be less than 5%!!!!!!,we will see

Sorry chaps - but I think they should just issue the notificatin and lets us write off our lose against tax.
OR get a move on and start to trade again....... or not as the case may be.

I wrote off my 130,000 ages ago - and if they relist I expect it to be turned into 13 shares !!! (or if things are really bad 1.3 shares of the new concern) - Ok maybe a bit ott - I would settle for even a statement of closure so I can write off against tax.

Big share dilution coming,looks like we will not hold much of the new company.Many months down the line it is hoping to take over SNAPPER.Then it has got to try and get a listing.DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH

I see at companies house ,where it says STATUS,it now says VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT,it use to say Active,is this something to do with the cva or is it liquidation time ???????????
