I have received a written response from the Insolvency Practitioner. He's asked me to write back to him with details of my holding in my nominee account. Slim, slim, hope I know.

I would be happy to write a collective letter on behalf of as many owners of this stock as possible.

The names of shareholders who own SAW through their online stockbroking facility will not appear upon the list of recognised shareholders and so it is important to get your name in amongst the list of creditors as your online stockbroking facility is unlikely to do this for you without some serious prompting. This is a voluntary insolvency.

If you wish to have your name included in a collective letter then please e-mail me and include your name and the name of your stockbroker.

My e-mail address is scottrorke@hotmail.com

News Update

I phoned Ian Williams today,i did not get him but i spoke to a helpful lady. The CVA is still ongoing. There is a hold up with the Revenue And Customs & Excise people as they cannot agree with what they owe (as these are creditors but not the largest ones ),this is going to take about three months .Once these have been sorted the company is going to issue new shares. But she did say the shares they are worthless and may stay that way and no guarantee that they will be ever worth anything !!!!!! Why they do not just give up i do not know

It has a very bad year for me so i have not spent much time on SAW or any other shares for that matter but my broker has mailed me this message yesterday.

SHAW(ARTHUR)& CO ORD GBP0.001

We refer to your above holding and advise you that following the Company being placed into administration, CRESTCO have withdrawn permission for the company to participate in the CREST system.

Accordingly we are now unable to reflect your above holding in your Share Portfolio. You remain the beneficial owner of these shares and we will contact you if and when any further information becomes available.

i do not know if this will precipatate a reverse takeover or that the company will finally be rapped up ????

It's dead, and it died a long time ago, however we don't have a medical certificate confirming death and everyone concerned forgot about the funeral.

hello

ive not posted before as ive been elsewhere and unaware of this site

im quite up to date on the real situation there regarding snapper/sanctuary music and other aspects in the music business

you cant really lay the blame at bryan morrison for the purchase a potential lame duck like snapper music, however at the same time dont underestimate this man regarding the possibilities should and when they arise regarding snapper as the company could have been closed a while back with fairly minimal flack, laying the blame at several doors, i hope it doesnt shut as ive got a large stake in there, he also has considerable amount even by his standards as well as investors from europe, so everyone would like to see a turnaround if possible

any one wishing to know more is welcome to email bluerivertrading@hotmail.com or through this public site

regards...

Maestro, you never know they may do a qxl...1000 for 1. Then when investors realise the potential move up from about 150p to 4800p within 8 months...
Good luck all.
PS I am a holder.

I would be happy with 1,000 old for new. At least then I could sell and establish a tax loss. Being in limbo is no fun for anyone.

I expect to hold about 50 shares if they relist as I only have 500,000. This would seem about right - who else would like to take a %% guess??

There are a lot of if's and but's if this ever gets another listing, also it has got to take over Snapper or something else first. No dout like ever other CVA we will end up with nothing or very little in the new company.

I rang this Ian Williams bloke again yesterday, the guy who is working on the deal for Shaw.He said we should hear something in the next 5-6 weeks,i asked again if they were taking over Snapper ,he back peddled a bit and said THIS IS WHAT THEY HOPE TO DO BUT I CANNOT SAY IT WILL HAPPEN AS I AM NOT A DIRECTOR. Also he could not tell me what % of the new company we will hold,if anything.the saga goes on !!!
