15/10/2004 18:19 | Hi,from the sound of it then nobody can do anything, this could be why SHAW changed from a full listing to the AIM so they can just drift off into the sunset and not say anything or be held countable to anybody. Our money has gone ,and Morrison has not even got the balls to tell us. | wayneb
15/10/2004 13:40 | Hi, this being an AIM listing the regulator is the London Stock Exchange and not the FSA. I have a letter from the London Stock Exchange explaining that "following the cancellation of the shares on AIM on 10 December 2003 ..." it no longer has "regulatory jurisdiction". The author of the letter helpfully gives some contact particulars:- Arthur Shaw & co plc 1 Star Street London W2 1QD company number: 00105610 Tim Curle: 020 7402 8114 Jonathon Brill: 020 7861 3232 Bell Pottinger Financial I hope that the above is useful and I welcome any further updates/feedbacks from the above. | scottrorke
