I think fmx do keep deleting tweets. There was one about CO saying that he had gone on some sort of hunt, and fmx had contacted huntsmaster, and he said he had never heard of him, but now it isnt there.

The orig images had been taken from the Ledbury Hunt. The huntsmaster did not have any record in any year of C Wiliams.

I read the investigative teams tweets with interest but sometimes they are too kind.
Giving ADVFN a chance to clean itself up is one case in point.
If there is evidence of dirt ; do not let it get swept under the carpet.
Innocent investors have been poorly served.
The FSA regulate and require fit and proper persons in its management .

If there's evidence of market manipulation being aided and breaches of the data protection act, persons should be held to account.

Investigators duties are to coolly and dispassionately collect all the evidence and pass that on to the decision makers; normally the CPS.

Its for the doctors to declare an individual"mentally incompetent" after examination and the court to then decide appropriate action.

Its the old "mad or bad" question.

Few are actually ill enough to avoid the courts.
The reality is that many in the justice system have various personality disorders ; some untreatable.

Consideration first should be given to the criminals victims, not the offenders.

I am guessing because he is trying to say how bad things are going to be in the oil market, like he is inside on some major news. Or it is because he is mentally unstable as many suspect

How is IAE doing which he tipped at 40p saying he makes %1000 gains? Looks like he's down 40% plus.

Trouble is, there are still gullible people in the world who con-men can deceive with their tall stories.
