Never mind - my remaining 200k shares got me a princely sum of £1.40p. I won't list the rest of my dog shares over the years, it's too embarrassing. |
Posted at 20/9/2018 10:02 by cyan 0.0007 PENCEValues Sefton at £62,645 That's all very strange as on 22nd July 2017 BMD informed holders that Ellerton owed SER in excess of $200 K USD On 14th March 2017 the update had these lines; "2/ Sefton are currently in negotiation’s regarding a small producing oil asset on the African continent. Circa 100bopd. Due diligence is proceeding. 3/ The net cash balance of Sefton Resources has risen to £144,000." ==================== Where is the independent oversight of this valuation process. Where has the cash gone? How can anyone judge the fairness or otherwise? Two years of missing accounts. Shareholders have been largely kept in the dark as to where the money has gone. |

There is complete radio silence from SER's saviour . One can only speculate where he invested the remaining cash. Maybe lottery tickets. The missing accounts raises interesting questions. From the 22nd July update one could reasonably infer BMD engaged accountants. The question is why have we not seen the signed off results.? Did they uncover things they were 'unhappy' with? |

My guestimate is , maybe , worth £150k.On 31st december 2015 there were 812,741,519 shares in issue. NOW there are an incredible 8,949,299,416. More than TEN times as many. All these awards to directors is gradually transferring SER's 'wealth' to them. They now own over 45% of the company. If SER has a value of £150k then each share is worth 0.001676108 PENCE. If you own 1,000 shares they are , in theory, worth 1.6 PENCE; If you own ONE MILLION shares; value is £16. How on Earth are shareholders going to get anything significant back? The longer this farce goes on the more shares will be paid in 'FEES' to the directors . Its a transference of the company's 'wealth'. And why does this company need 4 new directors? How many people are paid UPFRONT' their fees without even doing a days work? What do these 4 NEDS actually DO? What value do they add? |

Expose SER and the phoney people who claimed they "saved" SER. Robbing banks . robbing companies. Is there any difference? |

The company was driven over the cliff with you still holding the shares despite, as you claimed, knowing SER was doomed. You say that you read the 'old news' about LEVI and you trust him. I am not so sure you really researched and read as much as you claim.
