Well, I've not read many articles where the author has an understanding of the Middle East and prospects for the oil industry. And I certainly would not expect to find any decent insight or wisdom here:

What concerns me is how he speaks wth such authority about a subject he clearly knows so little about!

I didnt read the article, he will only ever be talking his book, and his record would mean the only reason to read what he says or puts his name to is to take the opposite position.

EDIT. Just read it. Amazing how one massive piece of the jigsaw, US Shale oil, is not mentioned at all!!!

If that article was written by chrisoil, then flying pigs will swarm over London.

He is well known from his tweets and podcasts, to be illiterate both when speaking and writing with an extremely poor education evident.

Some of the article is copied from bloomberg etc.

Looking at how that team of investigators is gaining strength on twitter after admitting that they investigate for public bodies, anyone who has willingly supported and enabled his activities should be considering just how implicated they have been.

Not very good PR for anyone associated if he is nicked for anything.

Good morning Guys.

The one big problem , imo, is that there has been several different groups collating evidence and asking awkward questions. Each seems to be holding many pieces of a huge jigsaw that the others likely are unaware of.

For example see these links;









Since the investigation story broke one can guarantee that suspects will have engaged in some "housekeeping" and deleted incriminating tweets and web pages.
We shall just have to wait and see what happens next.
