I guess he was inside in MXO, and that the sale of assets is not going through. Also from what it sounds like he has run out of mommys money, so he had to sell something that he could, and wasnt an illiquid market.

You would have to believe in miracles to think SER is coming back from the dead.

What chances with a "genius" like CO involved; the man who just crystalized £500,000 losses in MXO in double quick time. I think his associates are not pleased.

I don't think you really believe that do you Pete? 2006 for you was some time ago I know but since then there are alot of new mugs.

I reckon some folk had a good reason to be annoyed at StvE on EVS, California Joe et all who lost his shirt on LGB and was trying to make a business from generating libel settlements from other shareholders - and finally the fiasco with this.

I've followed each disaster one by one and after the first took no notice of him.

I wonder what he'll do next. Best thing for folk here might be if he follows you to Norway and confine himself to posting UTUBE clips of him driving through the snow.

The problem that chrisoil faces now is that if the bond comment was a lie, which would have to be one hell of a coincidence when you consider that hours later, MXO were forced to admit it via RNS, as he had let the cat out of the bag, then questions would be asked why he was so 'lucky' with his tweet.

If it is proved insider trading by the investigators, it means that someone in MXO gave him the information and that he had pre-agreed to be part of the bond purchasing.

If the latter is the case, then one can imagine the mire of questions that would ensue.

Something seems to be affecting MXO with a 75% loss in record time and one can only assume that the sillyboy inside trading tweet about bonds which led to an embarrassed Stephan putting out an emergency RNS has lost confidence somewhere.

If that is the case, MXO could legally sue Chrisoil for misrepresentation.

There were 'interesting' trading patterns in MXO . We await an announcement from the company tomorrow. If anyone traded on inside information I hope they are exposed.
