Will do. Still need to sort out the mail.
The old collation from yourself was most invaluable and a considerable amount of
the dated items in particular have been particularly essential in proving intentional duplicity when it came to one of the later stocks.

Andy, myself also in the old days when i lived in Brooke Green, but my own late, half cut nights sadly ended when i moved to Cape Town which compared to London borders on quiet, staid abstinence :)

We still get over to the UK quite regularly and as a dedicated gunner i make sure i have some ME time for a match day and a pie & mash foray afterwards.

Yes, Stefania seems like a decent lady who has been caught up in the mix so to speak but must be embarrassed at times to retweet some of the more childish rants.

Chrisoil once posted "Le-com, i have found out who you are and who your family are and we are from the same wealthy backgrounds so we should talk"

Luckily, i never took the bait as unlike chrisoil, i prefer to talk to people with the respect each person deserves whether they have ten quid in a stock or £10m.

Some on the BLVN board used to call me the troll killer as i don't put up with trolls whose only desire is to disrupt stock chat, and i have seen off many, but with Chrisoil i find it very hard lately to hate the guy as he seems to have lost all sense of reality and i wonder if he attacks out of pure insecurity.

But, saying that, the calling of the very same SER pi's who bought on his P&D's, selling when he said he was buying and buying when he said he was selling, "peasants" and wishing another poster to die of cancer can not be forgiven even by an old sentimental fool like myself.

Absolutely the worst tweets, blogged hatred and disgusting posts i have ever seen on any board, by any troll, over many years of financial chat boards and his legacy of what he has said to innocent private investors, just out to better their lot in life, will follow him on the reputational shoulder.

He has made it impossible to take him serious. OK, so he had a good run, but now he is a red flag, and anything he buys atleast halves. To continue to make such ridiculous comments would encourage even the strongest of his followers to question his sanity

Le comm,

I actually am a member of a Mayfair Club! Not far from Berkeley Square.

I agree with your other comments, he just makes himself look more ridiculous every time he makes those type of "look at me" posts.

And then he pays Stefania (IR for himself, Golden Saint (LOL) and ADVFN (LOL)) to retweet his rubbish with juvenile "go on Chris!" comments.

He's looking like a very sad individual these days,, the rot set in at Zak's cafe and the video, where he looks a total prat.

"I make 1,000% in 6 months chaps"

LOL!

Le Comm,

Chris Oil claiming t be a member of a private club in Mayfair is actually demeaning those of us who really are members of Mayfair private clubs!

"£5,000 wool and cashmere overcoat"

LOL!

Such a cheapskate!

Stefania must be embarrassed at having to retweet that rubbish because he pays her to do so!

To give you an example of a "snout raid", here is a short summary of what we did with the graphene company. It was quite a long time ago and even though the regs are somewhat tighter now, the process was just about borderline legal.

Three major investors - our FO had given the company a £2.5m loan which they had defaulted and two other South African UHNWI's had put in just over £1m each. Our combined percentage weight was around 35%.

The company was a subsidiary of a Canadian mining company that had guaranteed the ABL, which had sellable tangible assets of around £5m.

We enforced the debt in the canadian courts to force the mining company into an illiquid position which resulted shortly in it's removal from the exchange.

At that point we gave the company a stay of operation on the loan judgement during which they were allowed to attempt to recoup debts owed.
A condition of the stay of operation was that one of our senior FD's along with the two major investors would be employed as NED's to bring cohesion from the investors and an internal audit from our FD.

In a nutshell, our FD who was still salaried from our family office, and the two investors managed to sell off the fixed assets, pay each party £1m in consultancy fees which had been paid from slow trickle asset sales.

Our loss of £1.5m was subsidised partly through a gifted share placement in a South African mining company majority owned by the two UHNWI's, on condition that they were appointed as NED's in order to be paid their consultancy fees.

The three NED's resigned shortly before the now private company announced bankruptcy.

Just one particular example of a snout trough which happens regularly.
In no way am i implying that would occur with sefton but it shows just one scenario that occurs when a company has been delisted for various reasons.

Talking about Africa, i see chrisoil now blogs that his ancestors 'ran africa'
He might be able to talk nonsense about owing half of birmingham but now he is treading on our 'African neck of the woods' so i hope he wears clean shoes as we do not suffer fools.

Doesn't look good, I wonder what happened to "peak oil"?

If $20 happens we will have deflation for sure IMO.
