It could be a series of large sales - this could be the start of a move up again. The yield is impressive here and should increase given the aggressive policy

Can't help but think some one is selling down their holding a little. There appears to be a series of sizeable sales over the last few sessions. When this clears i would expect a decent move up.

If we brexit and the £GBP weakens the $dollar currency translational effects will also be positive to the upside.

Fair comment and is a similar argument to why I have been accumulating.The divi yield and aggressive payouts is why I am in. In the future these could rise considerably making this a real bargain at these prices

Against my better judgement of avoiding Israeli backed companies and in particular the business dealings of Teddy Sagi and Roger Withers I've accumulates a few of these at this level.

The positives are PTEC has done well so i'm inclined to be a little less critical than i might otherwise be. It may not be the bottom but it can't be too far from levelling off given the positive statements and the fact that it's on a very similar rating to PAYS and pays a decent Divi. Without the Divi I'd have probably passed up this opportunity.

The exchange rate is a factor not to be taken lightly particularly in the light of a possible Brexit which will most likely hurt the £GBP. Notwithstanding the acquisitions should help generate further decent revenue streams so i'm looking to add on any signs of an upturn in the chart.

i am puzzled by your enthusiasm- ive been invested but every update sounds positive without the share price moving anywhere- so what is the compelling reason for buying now- rivaldo and trent please!

mod - it is an excellent "off radar" share which is why I am so interested - no hype in the price.

It is always odd when people talk about charts looking dreadful -waiting for it to rise before buying is rather a strange strategy.

Have a look at the chart for PAYSAFE. It looked like SCH recently and has shot up in the last week.

SCH could do more and faster actually as there is little stock about. One positive trading update (which I expect) and it will fly

Good figures.The yield here is very attractive and more aggressive that even GVC and much higher than PAYSI bought a few more of SCH and PTEC yesterdaySCH way off highs. The question is why.Really not hard to imagine SCH being taken over. Limited quality assets in this area

SCH's cash pile amounts to around 53p per share.

That leaves an "EV" of around 179p per share, against for example Shore Capital's forecast of 13.23p EPS this year and 15.9p EPS next year.

With 8.22p and 9.04p dividends.

And the likelihood of earnings-enhancing acquisitions.

Canaccord have a 320p price target, and Numis go for 350p.

Last week's AGM statement was exceedingly strong.

I'm just wondering how many more to buy.

Indeed, the drop seems over done.

I have actually bought more SCH and PTEC today - both will benefit from the Ladbrokes recovery and deal.

Surprised at the recent fall - perhaps kicking some stop losses in.

Could easily get back close to £3 if we get a trading statement.

I could not resit the top up.

A good trading statement from PAYS this morning, which should reflect well on SCH's trading too.

SCH seems terrific value at the moment compared - I may have to top up at this rate!

Canaccord confirm their Buy and 320p target price:



This statement today suggests that forecasts may well be exceeded:

"SafeCharge enjoyed strong trading in the first quarter of 2016 with revenues and gross profit for this period ahead of budget"

Noted the statement today. What am I missing here?

- Trading very strong with upgrades likely
- Record processing volumes in recent months
- Clean balance sheet
- Generates free cash
- Dividend yield at about 3.6%
- Last cash position equivalent to 53p
- Ex-cash p/e sat at 12.7 for a company growing revenues rapidly and expected to grow 20% this year.

Foreign AIM is the only thing I can think of. Usually best avoided, but surely the risk reward looks favourable on this.

And on that basis, I'm a buyer.

Institutional fund manglers are advised to buy.

Indeed - good statement.

It is telling that PTEC and SCH both issue statements on the same day and share the same shareholders.....

PTEC does well, SCH does well.

Still think this is massively undervalued.

Excellent statement today. I bought some on the opening bell.

With the $115m cash pile likely to bring acquisitions at some stage, this is looking very cheap now imho.
