Also, OPAY is a possibility. Joel Leonoff stated recently that they were on the look out for more potential targets.

Agreed longwell - you can see it drifting up as speculators take positions. The dividend is decent actually and they have a very aggressive dividend policy so if it keeps rising it could keep paying for a long time to come.

Of course, the takeout option is always there.

I sometimes wonder given how the market is moving whether PTEC will not take it out again.

pe is high but its a high growth company that pays a dividend, still a lot of scope if results don't disappoint, sector is in consolidation mode and will be for the next 12-18 months so opportunity for a bid, not at excessive premium but profitable. definitely one to have a holding in imho.

Indeed - PE is fairly high - new results will be crucial for that metric to change as well.

Would need £4 IMO to take this out given the potential and limited free float.

Still a lot of upside here.

In a consolidating sector such as this, surely SCH will be subject to a bid at some point. When and at what price are the questions.

The key is whether they will pick up the PTEC gigs for the new financial trading buys (Plus500 and others).

THat would be a massive result.

Moreover, with LADS (a SCH customer) merging with Corals it could lead to more business if SCH are kept on as the processor.

potential good results, progressive dividend policy, growth sector and sector in prolonged period of consolidation, looks good to me for a decent return over coming months / years.

Trading statement out today. Short and sweet. "The Directors remain very confident for the full year 2015." Sept 16th is interim results day.

All I will say is watch carefully the PTEC buy of Plus500.

THEN think who will handle the ID checks and cash handling.

THEN think of the revenues.

SCH is thinnly traded and could fly soon enough. Shhhhh though

Moving quick because people realise that any quality assets are being snapped up quickly and the Kalixia update from BPTY and showing this for what it is.

Decent number. Remember SCH have a very agressive dividend policy that means it could increase rapidly as profits rise.

from 17th March full year results -

"Recommended final dividend

Subject to shareholder approval of the final dividend at the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 19 May 2015, the dividend will be payable on 26 May 2015 to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 8 May 2015. The ex-dividend date is 7 May 2015.

In order to facilitate simpler settlement, shareholders will be paid their dividends in sterling. The dividend will therefore be subject to a conversion exchange rate from US dollars based on a GBP/USD rate of 1.48, being the rate at 4.30pm on 16th March. As a result those shareholders entitled to the final dividend will receive 3.57 pence per share."
