Indeed. New highs.

Was always going to be a winner.

The key will be this weeks deals.

Holding and will not sell this one.

With such cash generation and aggressive dividend policy there is a long way to go

Yep a nice breakout today after the trading ahead statement last month. Looking forward to results which will be announced in the latter half of March 2015. :o)

Indeed - was always going to bounce back.

Watch for the big news from PTEC - this will have a potentially big impact on SCH

Seems like it Saucy.

Good point to add/top-up here on the chart perhaps imo.

Fair comment.

The PE will fall quickly with new results.

It is small enough to grow very quickly and some of the price will also be a TO premium

IC comment:

At 254p, the shares are up 6% since our buy advice. But they aren't cheap, trading on 22 times 2015 earnings. That said, investors looking to get into a quality business in the fast growing payment services market need look no further. BUY

The strong PTEC update today means of course SCH should be benefiting from ptechs double digit growth.

Explains why SCH said the last two months have been very strong

Doubling of revenues apparently. Not a bad performance.

Will sink in over time I agree

Clearly investors asleep at the wheel this morning judging by the muted reaction to the strong TS.

But this will get recognised soon enough seeing how fast they are growing.

Nice little pattern in the limited chart. Up, retrenchment, flat, up, repeat.

Should see a quick recovery to the 260s, 270s this time.

Key phrase of course:

"Trading in the fourth quarter continued to be strong. As a result, the Company expects that Adjusted EBITDA* for the full year will be ahead of market expectations and at least US$24.5 million. "

The trading yesterday ahead of the statement looks a little strange in hind sight. The share price has not recovered to the share price at the start of the week despite the very positive update.

I wonder if there is a shake out or there is a need to get stock so trying to stop loss a few people out. At least $24.5 million.

Remember they have a very aggressive dividend policy of 50% of EBITA so the yield on SCH shares could sore over the next couple of years.

Getting in now could be very rewarding as it was for the early GVC investors given GVC's similar dividend policy.

Agree great update today, and judging by the modest share price increase, they would seem to be under the radar.

Very strong statement saying that December had been extremely busy and had continued into January and new financial year.

Adjusted EBITDA of at least $24.5m is £16.16m, this 20% over consensus estimate of £13.4m.

In this case Adjusted EBITDA gives a fair reflection of real profits, most of the adjusted figures are from the cost of IPO at $3.8m, which was a one off.

Seem to be giving 6 month updates but there could be a pre-close.

Worth a reminder on what the highlights were:

Main issue is the big stack of cash - over $100 million that must be burning a hole in their pockets as well as revenues up 77% and gross profit up 78%.

These are big numbers and a dividend is paid already.

With $142 million is cash just sat there plus expectations of results "materially ahead of market expectations" there could be a serious rerating as the PE falls on results.

Not at a demanding multiple compared to their US peer although ahead of OPAY (which is undervalued following the bear raid recently)

Must be an update due soon - always hard to tell with new IPOs.

Expecting good things but the share price will hold steady without news flow to set the tone for the next 6 months.

Word to the wise.

Imagine the rumours are true and PTEC buy BPTY.

That is a massive deal that looks like it might go through.

Now tell me who does all the mcash processing for PTEC companies?

Yep, you guessed correctly.

So who gets the BPTY gig post takeover?

Yep, you got it.

Must be worth a lot on the SCH share price.

Long and going longer

... and this is without the trading statement which, if good (and it is expected to be), will trigger further buying from those that want a longer period of evidence of growth.

It will need a couple of years of accounts before the institutions start taking it seriously.

Gives the small guy a chance.

another day, another deal, another new high.

Remember this share shifts fast on low volumes.

All these deals are from cash raised and is exactly what they raised it for.

Good management
