I've increase my holding today. SCH are in a good spot, leveraging the Playtech business.

I have not done it yet but one should be able to work out the yield based on 50% of adjust EBIT paid out and expected growth in this number plus what is paid out already.

I suspect it will turn into a decent yield quite quickly but based on current prices I have yet to work it out

Now had a chance to read properly. All seems very positive but I guess only as expected, hence no share price move. Growth and expansion plans in several respects with the resources to pursue, so I look forward hopefully. No on-going question re finance of subsidiary re Note 13 - not entirely clear, but I see it as SCH absorbing the proportion of loss that might otherwise have been taken by the party owning 20% of XT, so I've deleted my post of yesterday.

Chart looks like a simple rising channel to me.

On the PE - with this rate of growth the future PE comes down very quickly at the current price and as the dividend rises. The yield is already fairly attractive if they can maintain the growth levels.

The scalability of the model is what investors need to understand. Sunk costs have been paid the rest is on the bottom line so margins improve.

Note: Margins are still below OPAY and should increase as they move into selling the more expensive services (which is happening).

I though we might see new highs on the back of the results - there may have been some selling into the facts.

Release of broker notes should help.

In terms of the question above - it is rather unclear - I suspect these are small entities. What the future is for both of them is unclear.

The dividend policy is aggressive if you read and given the massive increase in profits this looks set to continue rising.

One question of course is what will they do with all the cash. They raised it at IPO so must have some sort of plan of what to do with it.

Too early for a special dividend (or is it). There are smaller rivals they could pick up I guess (which is the OPAY route in the US) but perhaps they will use it to go in bigger or try to get some of the BPTY bones as they get split up.

thought there might be more support for this, looks like price will drift down through the day and await updates later in year to sustain current share price surprising yet not with the current markets being so unpredictable at times, oh well will tuck away and come back in a year or so.

Boom - as predicted yesterday - results were always going to be good hence the stocking up - the surprise was the recent fall. Could break £3 now they are getting a track record of delivery and beating expectations.

Dividend is key

seems like good results, looking forward if jan/feb has continued strong trsding we could look at up grades through the year and increasing dividends going forward. will look to keep for the long term.

Nice jump today along with a two percent rise in PTEC.

Remember that this rises quick when it starts. I suspect it could even push to new highs.

If PTEC are linked to BPTY in may even involve SCH on the processing side

Interesting times ahead. It could even be the case that someone like OPAY will try to buyout SCH. They have the funds and valuable paper to use.

PTEC results are important here. They are very good. SCH should respond

Surprising sell off but it has a limted float so will move up and down with speed (like GVC in the old days).

Got to be able to take the rough ride.

Results should trigger the rerating and once the divi payments for this year are confirmed and embedded.

Disappointing to see further weakness again today. :-(

Doesnt make sense after such a strong TS.

Following the usual pattern.

The next set of results will be crucial and hard to see SCH not being part of the consolidation shake up.

Merging with the BPTY cash handler might be something for down the line

All gone a wee bit quiet here of late. Sp on a drift.

What has been forgotten, perhaps, is that SCH made two acquisitions only a few weeks ago which should now be starting to integrate into the group.

CreditGuard and 3V Transactions.

Still plenty of cash on the balance sheet to make further acquisitions too.

Maybe wise although SCH is growing more quickly so the PE will fall more quickly.

All about future expectations and the divi policy.

Also SCH includes a TO premium. PayPal once liberated could snap them up for loose change.

In fact it would not surprise me if OPaY made an approach for SCH before they get too big to eat.

Strong new highs. News from the expo could really push it. Free float is such that any serious buyer would have to pay a lot more to get a piece of this action. Perfect opportunity for the small investor to make hay.

Something corporate going on for sure.

The PTEC announcement that they will be making a transformational deal may well link in.

Just imagine that the buy BPTY. Who will then get the processing gig? You guessed it - SCH.

A long way to go yet.
