03/12/2014 13:15 | Slowly slowly upwards. Interesting in terms of valuations. I also hold OPAY. SCH much smaller so the PE will fall quicker --------------- Valuation Shares are now trading at an unjustified discount to peers, in our view. Shares have fallen 22% over the last two months and now trade at large discounts to peers (Bloomberg FY2 EV/EBITDA: Optimal 7.8x, Safecharge 13.2x, Wirecard 14.3x, UK payment processors subsector 14.2x). Despite its low multiples, we expect Optimal to grow EBITDA 30% compared to 27% for Safecharge, 25% for Wirecard and 18% for the UK payment processors subsector. Share performance catalyst We expect a strong full year trading update. | trentendboy
27/11/2014 18:07 | Moves on small volumes so your position might have been triggered the late rise Next results will surprise I am sure | trentendboy
27/11/2014 14:03 | Took a few for a starting position today. | cfro
26/11/2014 18:26 | PE onlu around 13 I think which is not excessive (OPAY are lower and that is also a steal). When BPTY float off their money handler it will be another valuation to compare against. | trentendboy
26/11/2014 18:06 | Hi Saucy, Thanks for bringing this one to my attention. Historic and forward pe is quite expensive here. However, they have said (back last June) that results for the YE dec 2014 would be materially ahead. Does anyone by any chance have up to date broker forecasts? | cfro
26/11/2014 16:29 | Hi Folks I joined you long here today. SCH looks an exciting young growth company, with positive share price momentum, on a low Slater PEG (0.68). | saucepan
26/11/2014 14:20 | Getting closer to highs. Limited float can mean big jumps in the share price The big trades last week must have limited that further. Consolidation means this SCH are prime real estate and if they are to be bought it is now before they get too big. Can see this reaching new highs relatively quickly - still massively off radar. | trentendboy
21/11/2014 10:52 | Sneaking up slowly on small volumes ahead of the next results/update. Expected to surprise on the upside EDIT: Actually these are very large volumes. 100,000 a pop is not small at this price. Either an overhang clearance or someone is taking a serious chunk of shares. Explains the move up. Could fly as tightly held and once dividends are paid it could look like a cash cow to many | trentendboy
18/11/2014 09:06 | Rings a bell. It is in the RNSs somewhere. Aggressive divi policy and one reason I am very long. The yield should ramp up quickly making this pear very cheap in a years time. Moves on small volumes. If PTEC and LAD do well so will SCH. Both are on the up from working with each other. | trentendboy
17/11/2014 20:22 | Trent was it you who said they have made some promise of paying out half their earnings in divis? | johnv
17/11/2014 08:54 | Off highs but just waiting for new results to see the jump up on this. Opay fall might worry the sector but PTEC still growing rapidly. | trentendboy
28/10/2014 11:21 | Two big trades worked though at 231 (at the mid price). Seller cleared or institution taking a position. A good investment if the later. Must be a change of ownership RNS at some point | trentendboy
28/10/2014 09:51 | Strange trade going though early doors at 240. Triggered some buys at the usual 231.75 I suspect there is not much stock about and hence why it tends to rise quickly when it starts moving and any volume wanted. | trentendboy
28/10/2014 09:17 | Cheeky shake yesterday and normal service resuming. You just have to look at SCH working with Ladbrokes and William Hills and then to look at their digital growth to know that revenues and hence profits will be up this year and in theory above expectations. | trentendboy
24/10/2014 20:53 | Moving up again on very volumes. Expecting new highs if any buys in volume come in. People are not connecting SCH and PTEC as they should imo | trentendboy
22/10/2014 13:27 | The very impressive PTEC quarterly results bode well for SCH. I still think that SCH will benefit from any PTEC growth - they provide the cash charge aspects and was floated off but with still a very large initial owner shareholding. This could be seen as a leveraged PTEC play - I have certainly gone long not least after today's results. | trentendboy
07/10/2014 18:55 | Whilst everything else is red SCH continues to rise... | trentendboy
01/10/2014 17:29 | Indeed - next leg up. Spin off of paypal will put a rocket under this sector. Paypal will buy a few of these assets IMO. SCH, OPAY are the obvious ones and I suspect even BPTY will spin off their processor at some point (and boost their share price to boot) | trentendboy

16/9/2014 12:51 | Mojo rising rising | johnv
16/9/2014 10:54 | Another deal and another cheeky deal. Break on through to the other side | trentendboy
15/9/2014 16:55 | Another cheeky 3% - flying on little BB hype - expect my unread missives - ;-( | trentendboy
12/9/2014 15:13 | Director just bought 11000 @ 224.75p | johnv
09/9/2014 13:10 | Interesting that SCH has an aggressive divident policy of 50% of EBITDA which could rise strongly. Also interesting that the dividend is paid in $ which is good in a strong dollar/falling sterling situation. Maiden dividend bought forward. Looks like strong buy at these prices. | trentendboy |
