Yes, £14.8m, down from £15.4m last year is good stuff for the affiliate side of things. Less good, though, is that they say margins are down. A quick glance at the segmental analysis indicates the affiliate business is loss-making (I've not looked at the figures in any detail though)

Surprised to see another 9am AGM, after last year. You would think this would have been a good time to get back in tune with investors needs. I guess they will be expecting this years AGM to be a bit quieter than last years, with many holders having sold-out.

Maybe Mike Danson will turn up for this one?

Results are out this morning -

As OFT says above, they're just for the old TMN and don't tell us much about the current business. Ex-IBG holders like me may note that affiliate marketing has held up well in the recession .....

Annual return is now up to date.

Filing of accounts still outstanding - due by end of month. They'll be for the old tmn and therefore meaningless but late filing would in my view be a very black mark against management.

The statutory accounts are technically not due until the end of next month so at the moment there's no breach of the Companies Acts. The annual return is a different matter - after six months the Companies House enforcement process should be in full swing.

I had expected some sort of results announcement by now (albeit meaningless) - I'm sure I saw something which suggested they'd be reporting interims to end June. I can't now actually find any reference to interims so I probably dreamt it!!!

The annual return for the company was due to be filed at Companies House by 9 March 2009. It is still outstanding.

I find it very worrying that such a simple administrative chore seems to be beyond management.

Close to the end of the month and a drop in price oh well.

In the absence of any current information on trading performance, the assumption that an increase in turnover results in an increase in profits is something of a leap of faith.

Unless there is that type of increase I dont care but would assume that it would greatly increse profits.

Turnover goes up by £41.6m (which might or might not be good news) - other than that - no idea.

... nor I suspect does anyone else.

If I owned 80% I'd want the share price to go as high as possible?

Danson's % is too high ?80%...compamy does not need a listing imo. Whitewash takeover clause suggests he will buy more

share falling under its own weight, who is going to average down or buy...he can take this as low as he wishes just like TMN was suspended at 2p

bushtuckaman,

Don't think there's an answer to that.

This is a new business in difficult times - give it eighteen months or so and things will become clearer. Not something for widows or orphans but Danson's got form.

The position here won't be clear until well into next year.

There'll be almost meaningless interims to June released next month, hopefully with some helpful comment on current trading. There'll be a pre-close update at the end of the year followed by the results for the six months to December 2009 in March 2010. By this stage there might begin to be a picture of how things are settling in.

This is a new business and it will take time for the longer term picture to emerge.

In the meantime the share price will be going nowhere.

The only thing which might liven things up is M&A activity.
