The problem is raising that money.

Shareholders won't put it up.

dh1967 - I'm not sure of a rise but you never know. I want to know what will happen if shareholders reject this sale? Will we get to vote on it? I can't see why selling is the best thing. It must be close to being fixed so all that is needed is more money to put it to market. What's the problem?

Anyone think that there is any chance of a rise between now and 1st September.
I could do with the 400 quid I'll get back but as soon as I dump things usually go up! Anyone still out there?

No point wasting your time with FSA, no one is remotely interested in punishing white collar crimes, UK directors are licenced to shaft PIs, please don't forget its main part of their job description.............LOL!!!

I was in Kalamazoo when it went belly up. We were promised 10p per share in 12 months .It took 4 YEARS for them to pay out .

What happened to the £4 million they had in february !!!!! Surely this cannot all have been spent by now. Have the Directors just paid themselves a big bonus!!
What about milestone payments from the vaccines!
Someone please call in the FSA. Though they never ever do anything to protect shareholders,

I thought it would make me a fortune as well!!! LOL.
See the offer price is now lower than the proposed payout which makes me a bit suspicious. In theory you could buy a million for £3500 and wait a year to collect £4000. Thats £500 profit or 14% which aint bad. Hmmmm... why are the mm's showing signs of generosity?

But its not even september yet!
jamesrand it costs alot of money to stay listed and the stockexchange rules have changed regarding cash shell companies

What I dont understand is why they dont stay listed once they have got the cash ? Why liquidate ? Surely £1.4m is a substantial amount for a potential shell company which they can use to acquire another more profitable business. That would give a much higher value than liquidating.... as a shell company its quoted value would be much higher.

Why are they liquidating and shutting shop ?

Its madness.... no one wins.

so mall what you are saying is that 9 out of ten go bust, and the other is a ten bagger, hmm that would leave you exactly even, not the best of investment strategies I would say

Although holding some of these still, will make +-0 on these stock. This time a loss, which will take out a previous gain on this stock.

Anyway these are risky shares, as some one mention 9 out 10 go bust, and the last one surviving could be the ten bagger, so matter of luck. Anyway do feel sorry for those who have lost a lot here. Anyway good luck with future trading, and remember you learn a lot from your trading mistake which hopefully would give you all a better succes in future trading. Good luck.

Only lost £1000 on this turkey. The former directors should be held to account for this mess. Having said that, we all know that biotech's are high risk.

See another drop.
If people are bailing out now what happens to all the shares that the mm's are mopping up at .0025p? Do they hang on to them and get .004p in a years time making a nice 60% profit? not bad going for a days work if you can get it.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Shafted again. I like the bit that they have made good progress in solving the problem but dont have the resources to relaunch. If its near to relaunch and it is as good a product as the previous lying tow rags had lead us to believe then surely it has to be a blockbuster and banks would be falling over themselves to assist. Why bother telling us they had made good progress they may as well have just said we have made a right pigs ear of it.

So what do they do sell it for a piddly 1.6 million to Bio-Metrics who are going to be laughing all the way to the bank. I smell just a hint of old boys network with a few rats thrown in as well and the FSA should investigate the goings on. Perhaps if they took a leaf out of the Americans book and banged up wrongdoing executives a lot of this would be stopped in its tracks.

Whats the betting when the dust settles that Bio Rad may have to look for a few experts to assist in launching the product. Gould and cronies are probably already honing their CV's. Mind you they always seem to walk into jobs no matter what so a nod and a handshake will probably do the trick.

Should have sold out earlier but now got to wait until next year till I get £1,500 back from my investment of £36k , that is of course if they haven't frittered that away as well on a leaving do!! See they mm's are doing us a favour by keeping the bid at .003p the little darlings. Thats another bunch that need investigating as they must have got wind of this last week which would explain the steady 3% drop each day.

The EGM should be fun if we are allowed to attend.
