I spoke to the liquidators last week, and everything has gone off to the registrars in readiness. I would expect to see something this week.

The Directors, having discussed the matter with the Liquidators, expect that, in
aggregate, an amount of approximately #1.4 million will be available for
distribution to shareholders. This represents approximately 0.4 pence per
ordinary share. No distribution to shareholders under the Liquidation will take
place before 1 August 2007.

The PRO Directors all had their snouts in the trough - Cortecs was a scam from the start fuelled by "stockmarket money makers". As PRO a few pigs were left to pick over the remaining bones of Healthcare which if they had invested in the good team there would have sold for more. If you ever see these Directors names around in other companies, you know what to do. Doubt if the the pigs will need to work again as they took £000's out of the company.

1st rule of investing - be prepared to lose the lot.

2nd rule of investing - keep at it because another investment will balance out the loss you've made under the first rule.

3rd rule of investing - blame no-one but yourself if you fall foul of rule 1.

PWAL my letter off TDW tells me its going to be o.4 with whatever your entitled to being returned to you about August 07.

The 1.6mil sale gives around 0.4p/share. There must be a residue from the previous 3.8mil PRO had.
