22/2/2010 18:04 | The group are actively recruiting sales people. Going for growth. | oiht
29/1/2010 20:49 | Hoodless Brennan Friday 29 January 2010 Progressive Digital Media (PRO, 11.25p, £41.57m) Interims for the 6 mints ending October 2009, the weaker season, saw sales of £18.34m (£5.73m) with a loss before tax of £2.79m (loss £1.60m), though excluding one-offs the underlying loss fell to a loss before tax of £0.90m (Loss £1.33m). The group reversed into TMN in June 2009 and the group expects to the see the integration benefits towards the end of 2010 and into 2011. The underlying situation is slightly better with the group trading profitably to October on a calendar year basis and the group is changing the year end to December. Net debt did increase to £14.6m (net debt £13.5m). We were sellers of the stock at 13.5p on 05/06/09 with a price target of 9p which we repeat as profits would need to reach some £2.7m to justify the current valuation and we do not see that being achieved with the 2 year forecasting horizon. 29/1/2010 11:52 | It wasnt just most of the shares, TMN shareholders also had to take on a truck load of loans as well. Utter disgrace IMO. | warrhead
29/1/2010 07:58 | Seems like we have to wait until March for the results for FY09 (having changed their y/e date) to really get a picture of how things are going? | johnwall
29/1/2010 07:49 | well we have the results but does anyobe understand them? | pejaten
28/1/2010 16:41 | Tomorrow then for results | takeatip
12/1/2010 14:05 | Yes, when I spoke to Investec in December they said that results would be January. Hopefully a good indication of how the enlarged group is getting on will be included and maybe get this share out of the doldrums and moving again (hopefully up) | ashleighp
11/1/2010 23:08 | Interim results are due in the next couple of weeks or so which might (or might not) liven up this board a bit. | old father time
09/12/2009 10:24 | Apparently all resolutions at the AGM were passed - I checked with Investec. They are going to remind PDMG to put out an RNS to this effect, which should have happened at the time. | ashleighp
08/12/2009 16:35 | Dumped at 12.5p a few weeks back - huge loss from 80p TMN - if anyone knows more about Pro PLEASE shout but right now it looks like a very long game and no info to base anything on | redarrows
27/11/2009 18:57 | Cheers. The registrars haven't been told yet...lol... | tiltonboy

05/11/2009 16:43 | Eloda I aint investing in a company I know nothing about - I recon the FTSE is going to shag out completely and be back at 3500 within 6 months. Humbug | scr00ge
05/11/2009 12:06 | I would have no idea as I no idea just what PRO is all about. Had shares in TMN and have just stayed with these. Common sense tells me to get out and find something else. | takeatip
04/11/2009 17:53 | Scrooge I think what was TMN is dead and buried but we know nothing about PRO. I think PRO is a gamble as we have no idea what the PRO future holds but one I reckons worth taking. I certainly can't see how you can say PRO is dead and buried. | omlaysause
04/11/2009 17:09 | Hi All Well IMO this one is dead and buried: 2008 1.8m Profit => 2009 18.9m Loss Even if you strip out the exceptional items of 13.7m they are making 5.2m Loss in 2009 They have 7m Debt, their cash reserves 2008 = 2.7m, 2009 = 250k!! Debtors 2008 = 9.4m, 2009 = 4.7m!! Every sector of their business is making an operating loss. The real problem is the online ad market has had a dreadfull summer and the christmas spluge is coming later than expected. I suspect 2010 results to be even worse. Where is the good news?!?!? Am I missing something? Are they going to be able to service their debt? Are there results due for the rest of the business? Humbug | scr00ge |
