What do you mean bad luck; I made a handsome profit. I picked up 5m just before they were suspended at .22p.

Out of interest, have any of you been in this with spreadbets?
I was wondering whether the spreadbet co. passes on the payout as they should? I'm guessing that as its a 'bet' and they may not always hedge, they wont?

All information came in the post to day with a proxy form enclosed,meeting will be held on 12 december 2008 at 10:00 am at 1 snow hill,London,EC1A 2DH,and it did state 0.13pence per ordinary share,whether they mean 1.3pence per share we will see ok.

Haven't seen anything. If it is 0.13p that would be surprising as they were only forecasting a nominal payout. Have you got the decimal point in the right place?

I phoned the lawyers and got the answer "they were finding it more difficult than they expected to close down a subsidiary in Australia and that the final payment would probably not be until next year."

I have asked my bank several times, and get the usual answer they will credit any funds when they come through but there is no date offered, which basically means they dont have a clue.
Would love to know what else to do?
This has been a complete farce.

I can't remember who the liquidator is, but they will be the people to speak to.

Whilst I was expecting another small payout, I just came across this from a previous announcement:

"Consequently, the Board expects that a first and final cash distribution of approximately 0.4 pence per ordinary share will be payable by cheque to shareholders as soon as possible following 1 August 2007"

Later in the year. The last payment was on 30th August 2007, so hopefully in early September.

can anybody help me on this stock, i have 2 questions:

1. is there going to be any more payments to shareholders?

2. when pro ceased trading were they listed on AIM, or the main market?

Just been informed by TDW that a final 0.15p (approx) will be available for distribution at some later date.
