Directors dealings in September.

First the Financial Director Tom Hayes buys £9,000 worth and now Graham Jennings Managing Director buys £10,000 of shares.

Is the outlook a little more positive?

Today's update should dispel the notion that the falling share price means that NTBR is the ultimate bear trap. Lots of good news in today's update which means the company is on a sound footing. It seems worth holding alone for a 4%+ yield. Good cash generated from operations with the only fly in the ointment being the possibility that this cash generation may reverse later. Ok PBT is flat but the impact of the bad winter plus less debt financing costs and a cut in corporation tax should boost NTBR going forward.Too cheap imv even after today's rise.

Yes, I have had a fairly large holding for over three years and added another chunk this morning. Still seriously undervalued.

I've got quite a large holding here and plan to retain it.
Imo, this company will only continue to grow and all in a sensible manner.

Not a bad update, with trading inline on lower turnover some of which was caused by weather conditions. Net debt down further and keeping the progressive dividend policy (1.5p). Order books strong which should maintain a healthy outlook. I've only a small holding here but happy to hold.

Not sure there's anything that unusual here. This stock has just about the smallest free float in the market and a tiny wee lot size to go with it. So any seller of even modest size is going to send it from offer to a wide bid and beyond in a hurry. And any unplaced stock will swill around the market for a while till us little fish nibble it all up again. And the reverse is all true as well. This ain't a stock to day trade. If you like it, buy it and sit on it for a longer time and ride the roller coaster. It's just too small for most fund managers to bother to research or trade in. So you have to sit and wait for the good news to come and then wait some more. Or, then again, someone might just have crashed the company van and it really is all over. What fun investing is!

Yours could well be a good strategy SJ.
I sold some when it failed to breach 60p for the second time and put the proceeds elsewhere. Lets hope for good progress at the next results.

Must be lonely out there SJ. One post in 4 months."

Yes but that's how I like it!
As a general rule I don't invest in small cap stocks with more than or or two ADVFN posts/week
i.e. I don't invest in PI sentiment!
SJ
PS these are current "top ten" holdings - you won't find many posts on these either! :)
