cranes down ,standby boats limited ie moonpool work ,running conductor nigh on impossible ,what about shallow gas detection ie bubble watching ,pending on spitsbergens structure certain upperdeck areas out of bounds ,rotary wing limitations.

when guidebase etc bop and riser run uncertain of slipjoint limitations

Correct, but I'd be amazed if it could be spud in this weather. And at the height of the storms that are forecast most if not all personnel will probably be confined to the accommodation. Cranes will definitely be out of limits.

Still, it'll spud as soon as they can......

I'd guess not spud weather, the conductor pipe would be swinging like a pendulum under the rig..

Think with a 0.25p spread argueing over the quoted prices is pretty pointless really. If it were a wider spread I'd suppport your argument, but this is n/a/ :0)
