Rather than sold off, I'd prefer to see a Strathmore deal that carry's HUR through to production. Let PMO do the tie back & HUR gets a second revenue stream in short order....

Production from the Premier-operated Solan field was lower than anticipated as a result of a later start-up and poorer than expected reservoir performance which is limiting water injection and P2 production rates. Actions to address this issue are underway including short term increases in water injection pump capacity (now implemented) and other modifications being considered for later in the year. Premier anticipates that production from the field in 2017 will remain at 10-13 kbopd with any material production uplift from remedial action unlikely before 2018. Production efficiency of the facilities has been good and six oil tanker-off loadings have now been successfully completed.

near to there theres the tees barrage ,we now have salmon and seals on the river tees quite far up.
fly fishing a plenty ,very good for birdwatching .

quite a few nature reserves nearby and boat trips to yarm ,all improved

I worked at North Tees C power station during my apprenticeship. Went outside at dawn one morning and the river was like custard. Fortunately, pollution like that is no longer acceptable.

IN know work ( Teesside) get more in depth weather reports ( chemical site ) and we've been told to tie everything down and get some de-icer but fingers crossed

Scaleyman, that Russian super deep well was the Kola well at 12,000 metres but it has since been exceeded. There is talk of a 15,000 metre project, can't remember if it is Russia or Kazh.

OT Hi Scaleyman, yes unfortunately I did. I expected a rush for the door but in the event, only a small number of us sold up. Ignoring EME's recent climb, I feel that my money is much safer with Dr Trice. He is the complete opposite of Tom Kelly.

On the subject of much deeper oil, I recall reading some articles about that with reference to Russia probably about ten years ago, but can't remember where?

From CA monthly NAV rns today.......On 19 December 2016, Hurricane announced very positive interim results at its Lincoln exploration well, adding to its increasingly substantial resource base. Results demonstrated a 660m deep oil column which exceeded the company's expectations and led to the company stating that the pre-drill estimate of 250 million barrels may be conservative. Hurricane's drill rig will now be moved on to drill the Halifax prospect. Recent drilling results reinforce the Fund's view that Hurricane has a significant resource base, potentially in excess of one billion barrels of oil. We expect to see further positive news flow over the coming months, which should serve to de-risk the asset base further and may attract potential partners.

According to FSA, Kerogen investing at 15p when the share price was 10p was 'A terrible deal' for us shareholders.

Please can we have more of those terrible deals FSA. Nuff said.....

I just added a a small amount I paid 49.95 happy with that just buy in small amounts as they take it lower worked for me in the past
