03/10/2016 18:56 | If we get an off take then yes your right but I did say that,if not and the share price stays as it is I think it will be about 100% dilution. Cash burn is £150,000 per month as we know so times that by 24 is £3.6 mil then BfS was about 10mil usd so another £7.8mil = £11.4mil then discount on raising money when we are 2p I think 100% dilution is about right. | twigs3
03/10/2016 18:16 | You think we need $19.2m cash Twigs for the next 2 years-dont think so Think youll find they have just strengthened their fund raising capacities with an experienced operator. I am expecting max $5m raise in equity for bfs (the rest via royalty/offtake deal) and as we already have heard JM was expecting current cash to last till year end 2017 when bfs will be almost complete. That is a far cry from your 100% dilution. 1 billion shares by early 2018 possibly before capex raise,(which gets paid back after 4.5 years of operating apparently). | strow
03/10/2016 14:23 | 2 years of running costs and money for FS Your looking at about 100% dilution at this price I would have thought, unless they can do a NSR deal with someone. | twigs3
03/10/2016 13:44 | Anyone have an idea how much this project will cost and how many realistic options we have to fund this .. not assuming 100% dilution unless someone thinks that is possible | jailbird
03/10/2016 13:28 | Wishful thinking on my user maybe The MMS bid/ask are but always obvious ... just because one is clearing bidding it does not mean the another one is actually not also buying stock of sellers This is how they quietly build stock for a larger buyer Reverse for a seller | jailbird
03/10/2016 13:05 | The trade data suggests that stock is being crossed for a turn of around 10 % i.e. something like 2.05 to 2.25 to the buyer. If there is a buyer around he's getting well inside the spread and sellers aren't getting bid up.I don't think there's much buying to speak of. | steeplejack
03/10/2016 12:14 | I could be totally wrong here. But looking at the recent trading activity .. MM(s) willing to take sells on and at bid price. They have not dropped the price recently on the bid either.Could there be a buy order in? | jailbird
03/10/2016 11:55 | Interview. hxxp://www.share-tal | twigs3
03/10/2016 11:44 | Well doesn't seem to gained much interest, now I can see it going down as people sell out. | twigs3
03/10/2016 08:26 | That's what the market wants to know and how it's to be funded.A nominal spread of some 20% is typical now of a reluctance to get excited before financing plans are outlined by junior explorers. The NPV is twenty fold the current share price but until financing plans are announced, the shares are likely to remain uncommonly cheap. | steeplejack
03/10/2016 08:26 | good result-exhausted buyers | strow
03/10/2016 08:12 | What's the capex for this project? | divmad
03/10/2016 08:06 | excellent PFS. well done all holders!!!! happy times ahead IMO on realistic numbers | senor_sensible
03/10/2016 07:23 | Very good :-) | twigs3
03/10/2016 07:18 | Yep very happy with thatRealistic forecast figures used.Need to get the feasibility study and target production ASAP. Looking forward to the next 12 months | jailbird
03/10/2016 07:16 | It's been a long haul......... | soundbuy
03/10/2016 07:10 | What I expected and what I wanted-some realism in there | strow
02/10/2016 14:53 | We can co-exist then-all the information is going to be really interesting when it finally arrives! :-) | strow
02/10/2016 14:29 | Ok, but really I'm just interested in the the NPV of project at and average LOM nickel price, brake even price will be shown in per lb nickel production cost. | twigs3
02/10/2016 14:16 | Just dont think you are getting me Twigs-I am referring to the regression calculation to the current Nickel price assuming it never moved higher forever-that would demonstrate the immediate value today at todays price. We should be able to work that out when we have a couple of graphs to look at in the full report. If they use $8.6/lb again which realistically they shouldnt we are going to be looking at $750m + I think for the 15,000 tonne a year operation and considerably more for the 40,000 tonne a year operation. Its all about the regression back to break even price i.e NPV of Zero-I wonder what price that will be ? This is why it is so important that the company include discussion and detail as to what the NPV would be at todays Nickel price using the current exchange rates to give current and future investors confidence that they are not invested in something that is worth nothing at current prices. | strow
02/10/2016 13:53 | A bit about nickel and Hzm [...] | twigs3
02/10/2016 13:38 | Yes he said he hoped for a share price of 10-15p per share, first PFS was about 500 m NPV so with combined project and first 10 years at 2% nickel, exchange rate and assuming £15000 per tone LOM, I would hope for a lot higher than that, how did you get such a low figure of $100 m strow? | twigs3
02/10/2016 12:26 | After PFS has been released, did not JM forecast that HZM should be worth $100m by end of this year? | jailbird |
