Yes he said he hoped for a share price of 10-15p per share, first PFS was about 500 m NPV so with combined project and first 10 years at 2% nickel,exchange rate and assuming £15000 per tone LOM, I would hope for a lot higher than that, how did you get such a low figure of $100 m strow?

After PFS has been released, did not JM forecast that HZM should be worth $100m by end of this year?

At this Nickel price though- $8.6/lb was used back then.They have to make it clear though if they are trying to demonstrate value at current nickel price,what it would be right now if they used current exchange rates for capex and opex otherwise a fair and true picture will not have been presented.

To put it out there,I am hoping for an NPV of at least $100m at current nickel price which would be highly upwardly responsive to a rising nickel price-Npv of Zero at this price would be disappointing

I think the finance raise must have been delayed hence the cfo change to get a different deal/ better terms.I think there's going to be a whole load of people commenting that the company is worth nothing at this nickel price when the pfs is out as if they are surprised.

Yes Haydock-having recently expressed a possible interest in nickel again why would they not be interested in re-activating a royalty with hzm-makes sense

APF have held those shares for @ 10 years. They are active in the market for nickel projects, one of their stated areas of interest.

I have always expected they will be signing a royalty, although I have been around so long I had forgotten until this week it was their share holding that brought me into HZM.

I suspect you will find that henderson are helping not hindering Twigs.Have you ever heard of "capital payback".
The share dilution from the construction raise will be paid back in real money coming into the company so is again not really that relevant.
The big deal is this bfs raise and I am glad they appear to be taking their time over it.JM has stated several times that there is no need to rush into anything,so my guess is as usual that he and the team are getting the best deal they possibly can-trust.

Twigs-youre on a real downer arent you-reality is you have no idea what is going to happen-now with mr retter on board anything could happen,reverse takeover even.Im in for the long haul and I trust that whatever happens will be the best they can do.
5-10 years ago there was absolutely no way that you would ever find an asset like this,this cheap-it is a godsend imv,only for the patient though.

So it would appear that Henderson are happy to off load everything they can at 2p or above, I know they have put a lot in over the years and are down just as most of us are and I'm sure they will take part in the next funding, the question is will they take part at say 1.5p and then be happy to keep selling at 3p ? If so this will never go anywhere, we need a lot of cash to do A full BFS so shed loads more shares.I was hoping we would be near 10p by end of year and would be raising money at near that level.Yes nickel market is looking more positive but in 2 years time there will be so many shares in issue 3p could be a market cap of £150 m or more! I would add more but fear I will get diluted again at 1.5p.Unfortunately that's what happens to most AIM stocks.
