21/3/2017 08:53 | can anyone buy any shares? I tried for a mere 7500 and could not get them. nothing in the market all been gobbled up. but just look now at the shareholdings of long term holders. ab 18% clayhill 8% ig 7% rp 6% hh 6% nearly 50% now tied up by those top 5. what was a very liquid share is suddenly becoming illiquid | neverforget
20/3/2017 21:10 | Not quite sure who he is but there were 2x100k purchases on 14th. If both were his then we potentially have 2 aggressive buyers :) | gleach23
20/3/2017 08:34 | Who he? Rob Patterson? | timnet
20/3/2017 08:25 | Another increase in holdings: Are we soon going to see a new board of directors? | clocktower
17/3/2017 09:50 | Been away for a couple of weeks holiday and come back to this. Things hotting up again. Not much volume to buy. Must mean ab is in the market. | neverforget
14/3/2017 19:18 | Great volume traded today - over 600k (including NEX). Looks like it could be an interesting run up to the Prelims on 25th April. Edit - every 415k of shares bought represents 1% of the issued share capital so we should soon know if it was GG buying again today (via another Holdings RNS) | gleach23
14/3/2017 14:27 | Got it, thanks. | gargoyle2
14/3/2017 14:04 | Try the 'trades' tab at the top of advfn, I missed this as I'm on iii too :) | jbarker5555
14/3/2017 11:01 | Underlying demand for shares has improved through this morning judging by online quotes, presumably helped by the 95k buy @ 10.5p. At this rate I'd expect to see 10p on the quoted bid sometime today. Looks like a 50k sell @ 10p earlier, although at the time the highest online quote I could get was 9.69p. | gleach23
13/3/2017 17:06 | Well done gg- this stake gives notice to those on the board that need the bullet. | clocktower
13/3/2017 16:58 | jbarker...as I pointed out in post 5235, such a trade did go through. On advfn transactions that go through the NEX exchange (formerly ISDX) do not appear historically. Maybe the same is true for quotestream. I can't fully remember but my guess is that the trade went through NEX in which case it would have appeared on Friday but would have been removed when the trades data was refreshed at the start of play today. | gleach23
13/3/2017 16:49 | You might recall that Andrew Burgess resigned from the Board in May 2015 so as to take up a full time position overseas. One assumes that the position was with Equator, a packaging company which has been making inroads into the American market and which recently was bought out by an American company for a not inconsiderable sum of money. Andrew Burgess was listed as a Non Exec of Equator. It is very possible therefore that he now has more time on his hands, and more money in his pocket. One can only speculate as to whether his objective is to rebuild his stake in Havelock back up to the level that he was at prior to selling some through to Hargreave Hale at 24p ( they cannot be too pleased with the subsequent share price performance ! ) but, whatever, it can only be a good sign that he has been buying in recent days. Welcome back, green giant ! | mesquida
13/3/2017 16:46 | But the advised purchase price was 10.5p. I can't see where there's any purchases gone through that were high in the last couple of weeks. Unless it doesn't show up on Quotestream? | jbarker5555
13/3/2017 16:22 | Interesting indeed mpf...takes his holding above 18% to 7.5m. The last Holdings RNS for him was last June when he dipped below 18% with 6.9m shares so he's bought 0.6m since then. If those 50k purchases last week were his (which would be my guess) then he's buying quite aggressively. As far as I can make out his peak holding was just under 10m shares (25%) in Aug 13. | gleach23
13/3/2017 15:30 | Andrew Burgess has bought another 126,928 shares. Interesting signal in view of his already large holding. What's the reason for that then GG ? Something brewing ? ;-) | mikepompeyfan
11/3/2017 12:05 | A late afternoon purchase yesterday of 127k @ 10.5 (above the market quote) should set us up nicely going into next week | gleach23
09/3/2017 17:45 | Another 50k bought this morning - it's becoming a nice habit | gleach23
09/3/2017 14:12 | so why would anyone come back from lunch and immediately buy some (more) HVE? | timnet
08/3/2017 09:30 | Another 75k bought this morning - someone quietly building a stake? | gleach23
07/3/2017 10:37 | Nice 116,875 buy this morning. We look poised for a hopefully good trading update and results on 25th April. | mikepompeyfan
07/3/2017 08:45 | Healthy update from MOGP this morning - shares currently up 61% A bit of buying going on here too, so things looking up imo | gleach23
01/3/2017 21:32 | Well spotted, neverforget. If I remember rightly, his stated reason for resigning his Directorship at Havelock was his involvement at Equator. One can only wonder what he is planning to do now. | mesquida
01/3/2017 20:32 | just popped up on my monitor hxxps://www.streetin our ex NED and major shareholder seems to sold this business. time on his hands | neverforget |
