I think you'll find that you are projecting your own issues onto other people.
Just look over your own posts and consider who is doing the name-calling. Resolve it and you'll be a happier person, able to bandy words on a BB without bad language or slander.

I'm sorry DiscoDave, it appears you are one of those well-meaning nice folk who like to help others by appearing on boards where you're not invested, to keep them informed.

I see it now. The constant repetition is just your anxiety that some folks might lose money because they are not able to work stuff out for themselves.

I think you would also find a good place to help people if you looked at some of the tech. stocks that have been hyped up to large spikes on the basis of not much at all. You could potentially save a lot more people a lot more money.

They're actually quite interesting compared to GTC, where I think you're probably wasting that well-developed philanthropic urge.

After all, we all know now what you think of GTC.

Its a bit lonely on here as well - not many people listening to you.

My buy when Pugugly negative system has had some super gains in March/April with both JDG's and JIL going great guns.

Keep up the good work :-)

Is that it BB?, your expert financial appraisal of the business?......complete CRETIN!.Pug - You may be right, was estimating (guessing) about £0.5m profit for year end if their lucky and if the cash lasts that long. When their Nomad and broker is forecasting 1.7p eps then people should have taken note, rather than shooting the messenger, but then some people are clueless CRETINS.All the best.DD

No analysis yet so my quick and dirty

* Reduction in cash per share from 2015 to interims - was 13.6p now 5.5p
* 1st half loss before tax of GBP704,000 (profit six months ended 31 January 2015: GBP707,000)
* Interim accounts speak of projects delayed not cancelled BUT often a "let down slowly" techniqe from potential purchasers and also a price reduction negotiating tool
* Potential yield interesting but WHI estimated dividend of 2.2p uncovered on their current profit estimates so burning cash

From the prospective of a potential investment Very illiqid and wide spread so if bad news and a moderate sized holding would need to take a haircut if one had to sell.

DD. You may be too much on the bright side.

You see a lot, DiscoDave. But are you strong enough to point that high-powered perception at yourself?

People in glass houses etc. etc.

All anyone has to do is to look back to see DiscoDave4 posts from November, to see that he appears to be one of those people who simply can't resist inhabiting a thread without investing, while picking out negative 'facts' about a company.

Apparently, according to him, the BOD here are full of 'smoke and mirrors', hype and so on.

You'd be forgiven for thinking we were on a thread of one of those new big thing tech. companies that had shot up 10x for no reason.

There is clearly a problem of some sort, perhaps nobody listens at work or he's lonely.

I think we should just humour or ignore and be careful not to do any damage inadvertently that would make things worse.

Shame you can't get enough satisfaction from life without trolling.

Try sticking a fart pipe on your exhaust, that'll get more attention. I mean your car exhaust not your gob.

Bargain rating here now, knowing they're having a good second half. Also looking vulnerable to an opportunistic take-over by a bigger operator.

This co. has the advantage of being a consultancy in as much as being a supplier geometric mapping info., the issue somewhat that they are the early stage in the analysis process of drilling for oil, however the geological plates around the world are continually shifting, that is more of an analogy, nonetheless oil cos. still need to update their research, there is a market for that, and in the case of this co. a little can go a long way even if budgets are very tight!

I'm more interested in the point at which all that bad news has become stale.

You could also view GTC as a minnow that can grow and doesn't need many contracts to change its fortunes. That's compared to an established concern, unlikely to grow much more, whose market is spread so wide that it cannot avoid a widespread downturn, because any good revenue from one area is wiped out by the losses from another.
