10/8/2015 19:24 | I find looking at the chart the right way up helps decisions. | yump
10/8/2015 16:42 | LOL....sold up and gone....just suggesting others did the same at the market top so f 4u k 4u DYOR GLA-S :-) ;-) | hlp_4u
10/8/2015 09:30 | The lunatics and Zak have entered the asylum. The company update that they are NOT going to meet expectations....LTI know all about the three contracts and cashflow from them...and the shares rise nearly 20p they are now overvalued...simply translated the RNS was saying our Bread and Butter jobz have dried up but we won't go bust yet because of the LTC's..desperately need some more work to pay for the new offices and extra staff. DYOR GLA | hlp_4u
07/8/2015 21:04 | Hi, not invested but inclined too, but need some confirmation on the "three" contracts that they anticipate will provide additional income for 2015/16:-1) Sonangol $5m - RNS Sept 14 stated "The work is due to start immediately and the Company anticipates that most of the income will be recognised in the current financial year." How much remains for FY 2015/16?2) Umbrella Contract - RNS Nov 2014 stated "Getech.....announce | discodave4
07/8/2015 13:31 | Growing 20% in a headwind and rated at less than a p/e of 10 is a no-brainer if anything ever was. Which should match a few folk's mental capacity by the look of some of the posts. | yump
07/8/2015 08:27 | Don't allow the 'glass half full' view to blind you chaps. The other way of looking at it, is a 100% improvement in PBT despite the headwinds. With all to play for moving forward and the revenue from 2 of the 3 oil majors not even factored in. Its where this is headed that matters.... | molatovkid
07/8/2015 07:34 | WHI were predicting pre-tax profit of £2.3m on revenue of £9.3m, not a disaster and reasons given but the market doesn't like misses. | paleje
07/8/2015 07:22 | Good update, despite being slightly below estimates, however we know the financial strength of the co., but it was obvious that markets were proving challenging, but they have outlined their strategy, albeit somewhat vague about actual contract renewals. Strong performance nonetheless! | bookbroker
07/8/2015 07:21 | Whilst impressed by what GTC has achieved this year, I have to question going long in a company that is suffering quite such a heavy headwind. Perhaps if oil clearly finds a bottom? | shanklin
07/8/2015 07:18 | Profit warning? The Directors anticipate that the Company will return trading figures for the year to 31 July 2015 which show a very significant year on year improvement. The current estimate, which is subject to review and audit, is profit before tax of £2.0m (2014: £1.0m) on income of £8.5m (2014: £6.6m), representing a 100% increase in profit before tax and a 29% increase in income. This result would be slightly below current market expectations. | macarre
22/7/2015 16:53 | There was a trading update in August last year, if they do the same not long to wait, there doesn't seem to have been much volume behind the drop could it have been the mycelx news as deanowls suggests spooking investors. Dunno, a lot of co's have been undone by the oil sector's cutbacks and there haven't been any contract announcements, then again one of the NED's wives was buying last month higher than today, shouldn't think he'd want to see his missus wrongfooted. | paleje
22/7/2015 13:52 | Wouldnt be surprised if these announce they didn't get the contract seems like a leak of some sort. | memymo
22/7/2015 12:35 | Glad I sold yesterday to top up on EZJ. Will revisit GTC in a few weeks time. Looks like good-value for me. | macarre
22/7/2015 11:43 | probably dropping off the mycellx news. Had near 5m in cash and still trading profitably at the half year, getting an itchy finger to buy here. | deanowls
22/7/2015 11:35 | Buy, well-capitalised co., looking for further acquisitions, take the opportunity to top up, trading may well be weak! | bookbroker
22/7/2015 11:06 | Anyone know what is happening here? - appreciate the industry not good but 11% drop? opportunity to buy back in or dump? | daveb12
09/7/2015 12:00 | Just bought some @ 54.70. | macarre
29/6/2015 12:04 | Contracts or not, it would appear that this is an undervalued co., based principally on its existing work in progress, the last acquisition has the jury out at the current time, but the management are generally solid and cautious with it, nonetheless the business is fundamentally sound and has a strong background in its own domain, if the current forecasts map out then the PE suggests that the price should be somewhat higher than it is currently, the business suffered last year, since then though contracts have continued to bear fruit and it is way off its two year high and cash has continued to be generated providing a strong balance sheet and a lowly valuation! | bookbroker
26/6/2015 09:52 | This time last year there was a number of new contracts signed- might the pattern be repeated?? | pyglet |
