07/5/2009 12:22 | I agree this is getting curiouser and curiouser | iroquoi
07/5/2009 12:16 | Oo er .. MMs are now offering stock at more than 8.5x the Maymask bid!! What IS going ON?? | 2magpies
07/5/2009 08:40 | Checked this morning: Maymask (or ANYONE connected with them) CANNOT buy in the market @ more than 0.00023 It is illegal. So, whoever is buying, it's not Maymask (better not be, for their sakes) The question is: who IS buying? @ 6x the Maymask offer? Another question: why are MMs prepared to pay more than 2x the Maymask offer? Curiouser and curiouser.... | 2magpies
06/5/2009 20:51 | I AM KEEPING MY JUST UNDER 500,000 SHARES. I HAVE NO INTENTION OF ASSISTING THE INDIVIDUALS IN QUESTION UNLESS THEY START TO ACT IN THE INTERESTS OF SHAREHOLDERS AND I HOPE OTHERS DO LIKEWISE. I have recouped the paper loss on CET several times over on other investments over the last few weeks and intend making another few grand this month on FML ! | englishbeakfast
06/5/2009 18:46 | They are desperate to get to 90% I haven't sold any of mine. MMs are now selling (to Maymask?) @ 15, i.e 6.52x the Maymask offer to shareholders. Why should I sell to MMs at 5, only for them to sell to Maymask @ 15? Remember, they CANNOT force you to sell your shares if the total acceptances don't reach 90% Maymask offered £50k for the whole co. Now if the Newco makes a profit of £500k (which is not impossible), well you can do the sums, re what could happen to your shares. All strictly IMO | 2magpies
06/5/2009 18:26 | Goodman backmarker. Way I see this is GM and chums are buying up stock, mm's now getting low so up a bit it goes. | iroquoi
06/5/2009 16:13 | ok. I've still got my few. worth £15 from Maymask or £25 less dealing chg in the market. so I'm happy to hold out just to be a potential pain in their neck! | backmarker
06/5/2009 15:06 | backmarker They have enough acceptances for the offer to go unconditional. However it's not until they have 90% or more (I think they are some way off that at the mo), they can purchase the remaining shares compulsorily. Otherwise, we remain shareholders but of a private co. (which imo could yet go places! -- there has to be a reason why Maymask are buying CET AND safeguarding all the jobs etc). Could be that Maymask are buying in the market. | 2magpies
06/5/2009 14:13 | haven't they got enough acceptances that they don't need any more ? isn't that what it means when an offer goes unconditional ? | backmarker
06/5/2009 13:48 | My point exactly earlier andrbea. Why don't we all just sell now or am I missing something? | garykc
06/5/2009 13:08 | how do they expect us to vote yes to a sell-out at 0.023p? when a sell in the market today is 0.05p either the whole sale is a farce or they should up the formal offer to say 0.06? | andrbea
06/5/2009 12:42 | backmarker, the mammoth offer of 0.2p or whatever the tw@ts have robbed us of. Obviously the sell price would have to be higher but if we all sold now, what would happen? | garykc
06/5/2009 11:50 | strange antics !?! a buy of 507,989 at 0.095p has been matched by a sell at 0.05p has someone goofed ? | backmarker
06/5/2009 11:45 | garykc, what offer are u expecting? | backmarker
06/5/2009 11:38 | Do we sell now with the latest rise or do we wait for the offer? | garykc
01/5/2009 17:27 | TLFBRT and cronies... that's all they are good for.... wrecking companies after they have bled it dry with massive salaries and perks and left shareholders with nothing. | jumpin
01/5/2009 15:53 | I can only conclude they don't give a monkeys about small PI's. It really is a case of covering their inapt a$$es and making sure they continue pulling in their large salaries. | iroquoi
01/5/2009 15:49 | Why couldn't the CET board be more like these guys at CTNO. This is the sort of RNS we wanted. Instead we got shafted by a bunch of thieves and conmen. | induna123
29/4/2009 13:25 | Same crooks strike again, have these chunts no shame!?? What a stitch up. | debaleb
29/4/2009 12:22 | Thanks guys. Looks like my broker couldn't do his maths...... | voyagermk
29/4/2009 12:21 | Has anyone contacted the FSA or any other organisation to complain about this? I suppose we have no grounds to complain as they are within the rules of the AIM. Total shambles!!!! | garykc

29/4/2009 12:00 | I am totally confused. What is the offer? Is my broker having me on by saying it is 2.3 pence a share rather then .23 of 1p? | voyagermk |
