16/3/2009 11:50 | Looks like TFLBT is working his magic over here! | aerotus
16/3/2009 11:41 | Looks like an exercise is clearing out the PI to me. Fresh shares/options issued to the new regime once the takeover is complete, wouldn't be surprised if that doesn't include the current directors. Then, maybe a lucrative new deal announced. | v11slr
16/3/2009 11:38 | RT's shares were for services rendered if I recall correctly. They're held by the (his consultancy) companies he recently resigned as director from. | matto
16/3/2009 11:27 | Yes but the shares they have at the minute are worth nowt (as are ours!)...still cannott se why they wouldnt go for a higher offer and at least cash in a bit on the shares they own. | bw123
16/3/2009 11:24 | BW123 - 16 Mar'09 - 11:23 - 753 of 753 you might see them resurface in the new company !!! | janmar33
16/3/2009 11:23 | But how the hell did they come up with the figure of £50K......the directors are left with peanuts so why would they agree to it?? | bw123
16/3/2009 11:20 | Just spoke to Hugh Blair of Maymask. He said that the intention is to continue the business, and hopefully run the business better than it has been. He said that he has a long background in Healthcare/IT. He also said that all of this is set out in detail in the offer doc, which is on its way to the shareholders. | 2magpies
16/3/2009 11:13 | RT & GM....revel in the odd. given whats gone on here I d say it will be another thread the old bill will need to moderate...... in some respects this is worse than what they tried to do with MDX | chapchip
16/3/2009 11:10 | "Maymask is a private limited company which is owned by Gordon Roy Peters and Hugh McGill Blair. Maymask has not traded since its incorporation on 30 March 2005 nor has it entered into any obligations other than in connection with the Offer and the financing of the Offer. The directors of Maymask are Gordon Roy Peters, Dino Etore George Peters and Hugh McGill Blair." Seems very odd. | matto
16/3/2009 11:03 | Any indications of what happens to the current CET directors. Do they retain their positions? | v11slr
16/3/2009 11:03 | Jumpin If they are indeed all 'sells' then it begs the question: whay are mms buying them at more than 2.5x the Maymask bid? | 2magpies
16/3/2009 10:54 | "Further, Maymask has indicated that it does not currently intend to change the principal location of the Centrom Group's place of business (although it may consider opportunities to move to a nearby location in Fleet) or redeploy any of its fixed assets or effect any material change in any terms or conditions of employment of any of the Centrom Group's employees." Why Fleet? What's so special about Fleet? What's there, that Maymask have their eyes on? Are they already aware of 'opportunities'? Whay are they buying CET? I just don't get it. | 2magpies
16/3/2009 10:43 | oh dear why don't you just bet on the horses rather than even think of putting money on this, at least you have more of a chance of getting some money back and according to a competitor 100% sells today | jumpin
16/3/2009 10:40 | Feel sorry for all holders and not doubt management will blame it all on the current economic climate. So they are doing you a favour by selling the company for less than peanuts rather than see it go to the wall? Who are they kidding and what are they trying to hide? This is absolutely disgusting and they obviously don't care what carnage they leave behind in destroying PI's wealth/lives as long as they can move on to some other gravy train to maintain their life styles. Yes I do own MDX but have been shafted by the likes of CMR,EEL,MNT and VVM this year just to finish me off nicely. I also had a few blue chip bank shares and am thinking of asking Gordon to provide me with a rescue package and a decent pension to fall back on. Good luck all. | digger27
16/3/2009 10:39 | Jumpin...£500 worth is about all thats available at the minute unbelievably...and I've now been quoted 0.09p to buy so the offer is creeping up....I agree with you 2magpies, the market sees it a bit differently. | bw123
16/3/2009 10:37 | Hmmm. Selling the co for £50,000? seems like a v cheap 'listing' for the buyer. What business are they intending to 'inject'? Clearly they don't rate what CET is doing at all, otherwise they wouldn't be offering a mere £50k! I'll laugh if some pharma or natural resources activity is injected, or simply a change in the nature of what CET does (along with a name change). Why else are peeps buying at 0.0055p/0.006p? Hardly any sells -- so far. The market doesn't believe what it's being told, and suspect a 'master plan'. strictly IMO | 2magpies
16/3/2009 10:35 | £500 oh my that's huge bid 0.05 offer 0.10 spread 72% | jumpin
16/3/2009 10:28 | Deffo something dodgy going on....another large buy just gone through at 0.06p! | bw123
16/3/2009 10:25 | TLFBT prob dumped his shares into the pump, now buy and then say error in RNS oops. but then sell and say oh yes it was right after, | jumpin
16/3/2009 10:20 | I was taking the Pi*s! Something very fishy....I just wrote this on iii: Another trade gone through at 0.06p (800k+)....are the crooks buying their own shares?....and then will release the RNS that there has been an error in the price given?! | bw123
16/3/2009 10:18 | TLFBT is involved so expect the worst and you won't be upset, Best way to make money is short anything he touches | jumpin
16/3/2009 10:15 | are these buys at 0.06p? Surely not but how can they be getting that sell price so they must be buys! So they are buying at almost 3 times the offer price. Something very fishy going on here! | wally27
16/3/2009 10:10 | atleast my VOG shares are having a better morning. Could be a very good place to start making your losses back from this one! | wally27
16/3/2009 10:09 | wait months for an extra couple of quid? | jumpin |
