Are you guys sure the offer is not for 2.3p? Spoken to my broker and he says the offer is for 2.3p and not fractions of a penny.....

Exactly what is making the AIM market such a lottery....needs far greater regulation so crooks like these cant feed at the trough on PI's money and then just walk away with the loot!

Nowhere near the 90% in fact

In total, therefore, Maymask received irrevocable undertakings to accept (or procure the acceptance of) the Offer in respect of, in aggregate, 82,843,961 Centrom Shares, representing approximately 38.62 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of Centrom

Coincall, they haven't reached 90% - not that it matters. Shareholders have been taken to the cleaners.

Nothing could have happened without RT's agreement, whatever you think about the bid.

Does anyone have to hand a full list of these directors and which other companies they may be involved in at any level? I need to review my portfolio and if they are there, I will get out quick.

I thought there were company laws in relation to percentages for acceptance to protect investors, seems not.

disgraceful that they can get away with this , what a cesspit the AIM is

Helen Prandy of Mills & Reeve LLP, Cambridge would be able to assist share holders in the legal aspects of this atrocity if they have the stomach and funds to fight it.

Jumpin - a lot of directors can claim that, however they do it through incompetence RT seems to do it by design.

Please note the word 'seems' to denote that it is my opinion after watching his performance at Meldex. Have to be careful or he'll be phoning the Wimbledon CID again.

Another company TLFBT helped bring to its knees

What a CV TLFBT can have..

'I specialise in ruining companies and any prospects they may have had previously I can absolutely guarantee they will be worthless by the time I have finished. As for any shareholders funds, they can consider them worthless as soon as lay my leaden touch to the company'

If they reach 90%. pigs will fly.

Well Harvey, looks like your pigs have sprouted wings and their snotty noses are nailed to the trough.

Jumpin could be right. Makes sense. Somebody outside the company but who knows the mgmt mopping up the shares. Could explain why we've seen buying the past week or so. If you add up the buys over the past couple of weeks it's almost 6 million.

i thought the small PIs , by that i mean those of us that said we would rather loose the lot than sell at a rip off price, had a little over 30% so how come they got that other 7% to take them to 75%

Is the TLFBRT still on the board, he took his name off some companies for some wierd reasons recently, could this be why, so he could buy?? Or perhaps he got some cronies to buy because they knew they couldn't get shareholders to agree to such a derisory offer
