Initially I thought the offer was 0.23p when I first looked at it and thought that was bad BUT 0.023p....Unbelievable!!

just a minor detail I think:
it means say you were owed 100.456
it would be 100.45 (100 pounds and 45p)

that means, I think, that if you accept the offer and the consideration is say £50.159 then you won't receive the that last 0.009 bit!

I have NEVER seen such an unbelieveable 'recommendation' from directors of any company before.

What does this mean? Are they saying that, irrespective of what the prevailing price is, shareholders will not receive anything less than 1 whole penny.

wages nearly £1.5m, and yet they think a value of £50,000 is 'reasonable'.

I wish I could laugh, but there's point where stupidity is so far gone, it's beyond laughter.

Does anyone know if the co has any debts?

Maybe it's a cunning plan by the management....get everyone to sell their shares tomorrow for 0.0023p (which they buy enmass), only for them to announce that there is a mistake in the notification they released and the sale price of the company is actually for 0.23p....the share price then would go up 10 fold and this crooked management team makes shed loads!!!!

As the offer is about 1/10 of the closing price RT culd this time really say 'seriously undervalues the company'! But that would mean telling the truth!
