Seems to me the MMs have pulled every trick in the book to shake people out over the past couple of weeks, somthing brewing IMO.

Share price seems to be limbering up to race up again ?

I'm not sure but I think 34p is very close to the NAV for CAL due to the dilution. Whereas stocks like QED are at a huge discount (QED now at 40p has NAV above 100p anyway). I am in both as well as MNR. One advantage of CAL is that it has a good steady rental and property management income which MNR and QED don't.

I think you're right kibes but it's still worth considerably more than the current share price even after the dilution, but when you consider that even QED and MERE have risen recently let alone the big property companies like BLND it makes you wonder why CAL has stayed so stubbornly low? A rising tide will raise all boats they say but it seems CAL must have a hole in the bottom if that's true!!

warranty - just two posts (from yourself) is the sum total of interest in this stock over the last year. I don't know what we can do to wake it up. Nobody cares. Of course the big difference from MNR is that MNR never issued any new shares whereas CAL has been diluted to hell. That is the problem.

What an extraordinarily dull share this is after its sudden rush up to 100p in 2009. Wake up market makers, either give it another rush up to 100p or otherwise drive it down to 5p so we can all top up. Do something, anything. I am sure people will buy or sell when starts moving.

If I was guessing I would say it was a MM walking the price down to pick up some shares for a buyer.

This will eventually come good big style but we are stuck with the sentiment of today with regards real estate.

I tend to agree for house price recovery but better deal mortgages will come sooner than that and thats when the likes of Cap will start to surge forward.
IMHO of course.

Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals and Mining.

UK property is going to take a little longer, again OMO.

Hi all. New to the thread after a recommend.
A few questions for the residents if i may.

1. Is this co fairly safe from going bust in the next year?

2. Are the management to be trusted?

3. Was this dragged down with the rest of the market and over the next three years (should the global recovery continue) potential to make good on a good chunk of the fall?

If YES to all three this is an excellent long term investment op. I am trying to build a 3 year protfolio and this could be in there.

Is it worth Buying a few more or is 38p the next stop share price wise .. Unless we get the "Magical Bid" of course .. Lol
