High quality retail space in demand. Retail growing again. South East focus. High yield. Property valuations (NAV) growing. Numis 'BUY' tip. Target 70p in line with Numis. Good technical setup on chart. Breakout due.

Pretty much everything we already know, but put together with a positive spin it does read very well and makes a compelling case.

Does anyone know the answer?
Morningstar(MS)data shows L. Norval and N. Haasbrook holding 169,772,426(24.23%) & 149,774,493(21.37%), respectively. Are these holdings combined under one company, whereby Haasbrook holds the latter number and Norval holds the balance = 1,999,793? If not, then the number of major % holdings shown by MS,totals more than 100%.

Having watched CAL since its halcyon days of circa 1700p 10 years and monitored the more recent buying by some directors and the wheeling and dealing of colleagues with major holdings, I too have bought today. I also like the narrow spread and the Div. I think there might be some corporate action further down the road.

They look excellent value to me. Net asset value should now be close to 66 pence and a potential yield of 5%. So I've topped up this morning.
