Some good news on what will be a difficult day in the markets. Super set of numbers and a positive outlook. Nice divi. Should rise to meet the NAV over the coming days. Property is the place to be. Get rich slowly!

High quality retail space in demand. Retail growing again. South East focus. High yield. Property valuations (NAV) growing. Numis 'BUY' tip. Target 70p in line with Numis. Good technical setup on chart. Breakout due.

Pretty much everything we already know, but put together with a positive spin it does read very well and makes a compelling case.
