Broken out and hitting 7 year highs today - which is nice.

Good growth and a 5% yield anyone? :-)

A lot of buys this week, it may turn out to be a dark horse with all the directors buy.
Strange enough I don't see the ticker in the advfn mobile app.

Greetings CR. Yes, that helped to stir my interest (among other things, including a very positive write-up in IC). These have been on my watch list for some time, but only now have they come to the top of the 'Buy' list when funds are available. Sailing John also bought in today.

Welcome Lord Gnome.

Well worth reading the last results and what they say about 'at least' with the yield going fwd imo.

Afternoon all. I am in here as of this morning. 5% yield, below NAV and heavy director buying recently. Looks to be a solid income stock with good prospects.

AGM on Tues

From the results:

" Based on 2014 Proforma Mall Operating Profit we anticipate this will result in a full year dividend payment for 2015 of at least 2.9p per share. "

So 'at least' 5.15% yield here.

Well it's been a good year for tidying up Capital & Regional. Once Germany completes, it looks like it is just Snozone and Lincoln to go and the restructuring is done. It's taken a long time, but things are looking better here with a tighter focus and good yield.

CAL has announced final disposals today that allow it to push ahead with planned conversion to a REIT on 31st Dec 2014.

Can anyone add experience of how this conversion to a REIT may impact the company for existing share holders.

Thanks

Am I correct in thinking that this 3pct rise has a 6pct effect on NAV of the mall holding as it will be about 50pct leveraged?
