actually, checking my notes it was 10th November.
so maybe something will happen tomorrow.
f.y.i. I will not be selling before year end anyway even if they relist tomorrow.

they have gone very quiet.
15th November was the relist date I was given, but don't be surprised if it's delayed. having said that, I haven't heard of any delay.

a convertible bond with a conversion of 1 share per bond @40% of the current share price at the time of conversion, albeit paying an 8% coupon, priced (and selling!) for $10 (yes $10)
some simplistic calculations - to be worth buying that $10 'option' to convert at 40% of share price needs to be worth more than $10. so, 40% of the share price is equal or greater than $10 .....
of course one needs to acount for the coupon etc., but you cans ee why I am happier now than I was.
Note: this is fact and the bonds (technicaly pref shares) ARE selling at $10

the company will be tradable in the US as far as I am aware, probably mid November.
this is not an issue as even tdw allows trading on all exchanges in the US.
I REALLY can not see it trading anywhere near the .5 usd. I think it will be significantly higher.

p.s. note that this is not ramping as the stock is not trading (obviously).
just trying to fill the information gap.
what we have is a US registered company, run out of Australia, with it's biggest and growing market China.

Agree written off, out is a bonus, given the dollar pound exchange rate should also be a bonus.
