now that it looks like we will actually receive shares, have a look at what the company does. must admit I bought in for the takeover price, but it actually looks like a growing company in a growing market.

they just got back to me, they are going to speak to the reigstrar and see if they can request the shares in paper certificate form...and then let me know.So i suppose if they get that for me i can then go to another broker and trade when they listed? have i understood that right?

tdw still have not received certs!

people should remember these are otc listed so the market is likely to be illiquid. if there is a rush to sell you will get fleeced.

personally having spoken to the compasny and seen the plans on the website etc. I think i will hold long term.

not received anything yet. Will they still value each ADSL share at "upto 48p" as mentioned in the 31/10/08 RNS ? Hope to be able to sell them online without too much hassle.

On TDW the shares have not yet popped up for anyone. Although as soon as they have received the paper work, that was posted out last week, I am confident they will update anyone with ADSL holdings.

My shares have popped up on my account for a huge paper profit. My broker tells me they can indeed by sold when the US mkt opens.

i will phone first direct tommrrow, as i did not vote and hold in a nominee account.When i intially phoned them they stated they cannot trade foreign shares so got to get someone who will..i'll find out and let you know

I am very confused (nothing new there then).
I thought the new company was global beverages asia? so why is the ticker still yrmn?
I am just pleased that they are finaly turning up, was beginning to think the whole thing was a con.

p.s. just heard from lee O Shea, who is very helpful.
looks like the problem I have is that I didn't vote. tdw don't know how to deal with it.one numpty actually told me as I didn't vote I wouldn't get any shares! talk about dim.
anyway, has anyone who did NOT vote received shares yet?

Thanks gunman, I just gutted I was an hour late from paying 5p per share. At the time I had no money, so it was hard to get any at all.

but, are you saying that you originally had adsl shares in your tdw account and now have yrmn?

reason for my question is tdw keep telling me they have no idea when shares will be received and even what ticker they will have!

of course tdw would take time to update!!!
