I have spoken to the FSA in the past. They are quite down to earth and helpful. They will be able to tell you what it all means and where to go. To telll you the truth my holding was tiny and a pure gamble but I dont think all is lost.

The reality is that the company accepted an all paper share offer from a company that was almost bankrupt. At best, rather ill advised. At worst ......

The money invested here is gone. Write it off.

i received similar notification on 18/8/09 from tdw(nearly 2 months now), but never actually got any shares so far.

first direct have sent me a letter saying the shares are now yarraman at a conversion of 1.9 or something so least it shows i have shares in Yarraman winery..now what to do with them lol

been looking into this,this morning. They are in my account but with 0 value.They say they can't be held electronically so that's why they show no value.
I have spoken to another broker who deals with otc stock and found out that yarraman shares are worth 1/2 a cent per share so basically worthless compared to what our adsl shares were worth.
Whether we are able to do anything with them i'll find out once they have looked into them for me.

so would i be correct in saying when i get the share certificate i then take to a broker who deals with usa shares and they then sort out? when and if they trade again that is

wonder if we would ever get a penny,seems perfect way to get shares with out paying,why others are not doing same thing or may be they are.

note, michael kingshott is a part time non exec. lee o'shea works for Michael, but NOT for adsl. both have been helpful in the past, but I suspect there is little they can do until the listing is sorted.
