this is all very odd.
maybe the whole thing was a con, but either way I want answers now.
luckily my holding was pretty small, but we are being treated appallingly.
time to start hasseling some people.

I received a similar mail today, but tdw tell me they are NOT tradable, so chasing

sent this e-mail after talking to tdw.

Further to my previous reply.
I have talked again to my broker.
They are unable to do anything as your US registrar has not delivered yrmn stock to them. In fact they tell me that they have had no reply from them for 6 months! Further yrmn stock has not traded since April 2009.
I have searched otc and can find no listing for global beverages, except Global Beverages Solutions, a different company.

Please answer a few direct questions.
1: exactly what company should adsl shareholders have received stock in?
2: what is the ticker and exchange to trade this stock?
3: why has your registrar not provided this stock that we own?

I tried to call you, but no answer and no voice mail.

frankly the whole thing smells like a con to me.
we get bought out for shares that don't trade and we get ZERO communication from the company.
I have written it off, but the whole thing is disgraceful.

Thank you for your email of 21 November 2009 about the takeover of Asia Distribution Solutions by Yarraman Winery Inc.

Our Corporate Actions team are currently in contact with Yarraman Winery Inc to obtain the new stock from them and obtain a resolution of this takeover. As we are reliant on their actions to progress we cannot give a date when this exchange will happen, however we will contact you to let you know once the takeover is complete.

Hi,

Sorry to bother you as I now know you are part time with adsl.

However,
Do you have any idea when the shares we received in exchange for the tradable adsl shares will actually list on a stock market and allow people to trade.

It's rapidly approaching a year now since the board of adsl recommended accepting the offer from yrmn.

Whilst I accept the decision to invest in adsl was mine, I, like many other shareholders, feel rather cheated by this whole affair.

Any update?
