spoke to tdw, shares have not been received & selling those shares would not need any paperwork as original shares were listed on lse.

paulie, they will be listed in the states, probably the otc bb market.
If I were you I would find a broker who can trade in us otc listed stock a.s.a.p. as well as setting up an account you will need to sign some US government paperwork and this process takes a while.

i hang on for a few days more..FD did tell me that they cannot deal with a foreign listing and i would have have to give em to a broker who does, this sounds different however so i will wait a lttle bit

edit: guys, I just spoke to Michael Kingshott in London.
he was very helpfull. share certs are in their offices and being mailed out today / tomorrow. if you hold in nominee account they will be with your brokers very soon.
he is having someone e-mail me the ticker / market details this afternoon.

Once we have the new shares, they are said to be trading around the equivalent to 50p for every one old ADSL share. That is still less than the performance of quite a few mining shares.

Looks great news, but a pity I paid 10p for being a day late with my purchase. At the time I was skint, and just borrowing my monthly wages in advance. Since then I have bought into 6 more stocks. One for every month that has gone by.
