If you have not received your Yarraman share certificate, it would indicate that most likely your shares were held within a Nominee account, in which case the share certificate was issued directly to the nominee company. We have just recently received information from a number of the nominee companies to identify the underlying shareholders. I will review these files to see if your shareholding is listed there & I will revert to you.
I will do everything I can to assist you, in order to help me with searching for your shareholding, can you please confirm the exact name that your ADSL shares were held in

thanks for your e-mail, however it does not help me at all.
my adsl shares were never replaced.
adsl offices in uk do not want to know.
it is quite shameful and makes me wonder if it warrants legal action.
hoping to get reply on the other hand you might do same as adsl offices here i.e. go silent,ignore.

Hello Paulie, Hope the wife gets well soon.

I had a share cerificate in Adsl.Sent it away,to get the new company shares.Had nothing back.Did have an exchange of e.mails in summer, then they stopped answering.
All seems a bit dodgy to me.

i will double check with first direct tomorrow as well its shown on my holding as zero value but have 1.9 or whatever it is.They told me i would have to find a new broker any way but least it shows my shares exist.I will see where i now stand with them

Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On December 8, 2009, Yarraman Winery, Inc. (the "Registrant') cause to be formed a corporation under the laws of the State of Nevada called Global Beverages, Inc. and on December 8, 2009, Registrant acquired one hundred shares of its common stock for cash. As such, Global Beverages, Inc. ("Merger Sub"), became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Registrant.

On December 10, 2009, Merger Sub was merged with and into the Registrant. As a result of the merger, the corporate name of the Registrant was changed to "Global Beverages, Inc." As provided in the Agreement and Plan of Merger between the Registrant and Merger Sub dated as of December 10th, 2009 (the "Agreement and Plan of Merger"), the merger became effective upon the filing of the articles of merger with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, which filing occurred on December 17, 2009. Prior to the merger, Merger Sub had no liabilities and nominal assets and, as a result of the merger the separate existence of Merger Sub had ceased. The Registrant was the surviving corporation in the merger and, except for the name change provided for in the Agreement and Plan of Merger, there was no change in the directors, officers, capital structure or business of the Registrant.

Registrant, as the parent domestic Nevada corporation, owning at least 90 percent of the outstanding shares of Merger Sub, under Nevada law (NRS Section 92A.180) may merge Merger Sub into itself without shareholder approval and effectuate a name change without shareholder approval.

See the Articles of Merger in Item 9.01 below. Said Articles of Merger provide that the name of the Registrant will be changed as part of the merger of Merger Sub into the Registrant.

John, this is what I could find out, the custodian is someone called Brokerage.
No idea who they are.
They told me that the takeover was still ongoing in december last year (latest news he could find) and he is going to get back to me later this afternoon with anything else he can find out, i'll pass it on as and when he gets back to me

it would really help if you could let me know your broker.
it would help even more if yopu could ask them the simple question 'who are you using as custodian for my yarraman winery common stock?
as a customer they should tell you this.
ignore the value as they are not tradable right now.

I have, well kind of, they are listed in my portfolio as yarraman winery common stock with the ammount of shares so I guess they exist. They have a value of 0 by them as my broker can't do anything with them.
When I spoke to them and another broker about them I was told that they have a value of 1/2 cent (US)per share so virtually worthless and untradeable

can't help with c or d I am afraid.

if anyone is interested I seem to be making some progress with the company.
it seems tdw has been less than helpful here, what a surprise.
can anyone tell me if a: they have actually received new shares, b: what the company is called, c:who their broker is, and d: which custodian the broker uses for this stock.
as to listing on a new exchange, I am chasing.
