Has anyone contacted the Fsa about this.
I am thinking of sending an e.mail to them when I get chance.
Only had a small amount invested in Adsl, but it still feels bad.

I guess this is equivalent to at least 50p in old ADSL share price terms.

guys,
paulie, that is correct for now.
I have talked directly to the company.
the shares will relist before year end and will be tradable.
the company is making significant progress. this includes a fundraising and aquisition. the fundraising is by way of (effectively) a convertible bond that values each of our existing shares way above the price any of us paid for adsl! business development is ongoing and looks really good.
however, when they relist a few will bail immediately after such a long wait.
personally I may well buy more if the price does not reflect the value.

guys,
update from Ian Long.
gut feeling, we will get there, but don't hold your breath it could take a while (longer)!

Apologies for the slow response I have been out of the office on leave for a week.

In response to your various questions,
• We still have one 10Q filing that has not yet been filed, we are working on completing this now. There have been a number of delays that have extended our original timeframe significantly
• ALL official updates to shareholders are via the SEC filings, I realise this is a very different system to that which shareholders in UK companies are used to, but it is the system we must work with.
• ALL of the currently available information for shareholders is contained in the SEC filings.
• Once the final filing is made it will take approx 4 weeks for elevation from Pink Sheets to the OTCBB
• I note you make several references to ADSL shareholders, we are all shareholders in Global Beverages Inc, so I am not sure what the significance of your point is?
• We terminated the PR company several months ago & will re-engage one once we relist
• Whilst we have applied to increase the number of authorised shares, we have not actually issued them, they will be available for us to make future acquisitions if needed.

Dear
You can obtain the latest information regarding our filings by accessing the SEC website – the link is in the email below. We have completed the September & December filings and are currently working on the March filing.

SEC filings are the authorised method for US public companies to communicate company updates to shareholders, Directors & Officers are not permitted to give individual updates directly to shareholders.

You noted that you hold ADSL shares, is this correct? Did you receive correspondence on the Yarraman offer for takeover of ADSL which was completed in July 2009

Ian Long

Still not sure how I will eventually be able to sell these. Got my ADSL shares with First Direct, now showing as Yarrowman, but they only sell UK listed shares.......grrrr

e-mail from Ian Long, (there is some body who replies)

If you have not received your Yarraman share certificate, it would indicate that most likely your shares were held within a Nominee account, in which case the share certificate was issued directly to the nominee company. We have just recently received information from a number of the nominee companies to identify the underlying shareholders. I will review these files to see if your shareholding is listed there & I will revert to you.
I will do everything I can to assist you, in order to help me with searching for your shareholding, can you please confirm the exact name that your ADSL shares were held in
Thanks & regards
Ian Long

Subject: RE: adsl shares
dear mr long,
thanks for your e-mail, however it does not help me at all.
my adsl shares were never replaced.
adsl offices in uk do not want to know.
it is quite shameful and makes me wonder if it warrants legal action.
hoping to get reply on the other hand you might do same as adsl offices here i.e. go silent, ignore.

OK,
found some information

check out ->http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=6656470-6193-111360&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=70877&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fcik%253d1096655

there's loads, but a key bit is below.
looks to me like the shares have been issued to 'us' maybe someone else can talk to their broker as well.

On January 19, 2009 the acquisition of ADSL by the Company was approved by a majority of the stockholders of ADSL. As of May 1, 2009 over 96% of the ADSL stockholders have accepted the Offer. Company management has been advised by legal counsel, as ADSL is a Cayman Islands company and pursuant to Cayman Islands law, the Company can force the non-accepting ADSL shareholders to accept the offer. Subsequent to February 23, 2009 ADSL ceased trading on the AIM. On June 5, 2009 the Company completed the acquisition of ADSL and issued 49,106,738 shares of common stock and 381,600 shares of Preferred Series A shares (which are convertible into 10 shares of common stock) to ADSL shareholders. The remaining 2,036,575 common shares to be issued relate to non responding ADSL shareholders.
