Thanks for the info johnspain....I take it that once they have relisted our share certificates can then be held in a CREST account and saleable over here.

I had written these off and so I'm happy to hang on to them for a while yet.

guys,
paulie, that is correct for now.
I have talked directly to the company.
the shares will relist before year end and will be tradable.
the company is making significant progress. this includes a fundraising and aquisition. the fundraising is by way of (effectively) a convertible bond that values each of our existing shares way above the price any of us paid for adsl! business development is ongoing and looks really good.
however, when they relist a few will bail immediately after such a long wait.
personally I may well buy more if the price does not reflect the value.

guys, hold on to those certs, think you'll find it worth while by the end of the year.
p.s. I will not be selling the day they start trading again.

from HB today

"I have spoken to Yarraman's counsel about how we can get the restrictions lifted from these shares.

They have said they need to speak more with the directors of Yarraman"

thanks for the update johnspain, seems like we may be getting a return on our investment after all, though may still be tricky to sell stock on OTCBB ?

"Over-the-counter (OTC) refers to securities not traded on a formal exchange; they must be traded "over the counter" or through a dealer network. In a broader sense, OTC has come to mean low-priced, or penny, stocks or stocks of small companies. Either way, selling OTC stocks can be a challenge without a centralized exchange market."

guys,
update from Ian Long.
gut feeling, we will get there, but don't hold your breath it could take a while (longer)!

Apologies for the slow response I have been out of the office on leave for a week.

In response to your various questions,
• We still have one 10Q filing that has not yet been filed, we are working on completing this now. There have been a number of delays that have extended our original timeframe significantly
• ALL official updates to shareholders are via the SEC filings, I realise this is a very different system to that which shareholders in UK companies are used to, but it is the system we must work with.
• ALL of the currently available information for shareholders is contained in the SEC filings.
• Once the final filing is made it will take approx 4 weeks for elevation from Pink Sheets to the OTCBB
• I note you make several references to ADSL shareholders, we are all shareholders in Global Beverages Inc, so I am not sure what the significance of your point is?
• We terminated the PR company several months ago & will re-engage one once we relist
• Whilst we have applied to increase the number of authorised shares, we have not actually issued them, they will be available for us to make future acquisitions if needed.
