It was a very positive presentation.

Key positives for me

- Zeus guidance is for £6.50m up from £5.804m
- Increased profitiability
- Debt reducing
- Cash increasing
- European expansion
- Euro's coming this summer and German bookings already in place
- Olympics coming and various events in the diary

Just seems crazy that you can buy into the company at a valuation that is still just £1.76m...

2024 has started strongly and getting additional traction in Europe from the Euros and Olympics.

Very solid set of numbers and wonderful to see the company back into profitability.

2024 bodes well with snippets from the full accounts as follows-

UK Brand Experience -
Recording our highest ever sales for the experiential division in Q4. - so the upswing in interest in activations is hugely encouraging...

This has led to a number of planned service launches aimed at meeting their needs during 2024...

and during the year we added a significant number of venues to the site...

UK Retail -
At the end of 2023, we had 19 RUPU kiosks trading in many of the biggest and most high profile venues in the UK including Westfield London, The Trafford Centre, Metrocentre, Braehead, Meadowhall and Lakeside... Great news as a record for SAL

German Retail -
In early 2024 we negotiated and signed a new long-term contract with ECE, the largest owner / shopping centre management company in Germany...

Outlook -
best ever Q4 results in the 24 year history of the Company...

We have ambitious plans over the next 12 months to continue to grow...

We also continue to develop in Europe...

Yes, Germany was the growth engine in H123 and 5 years is a big extension. Results on Monday, i picked a few more up betting on a bullish outlook and decent net cash position albeit i suspect the year end position benefited from timing of invoice settlement. Just need to extend network rail by september and then 2025 will be looking good.

Well a mm has switched so 2 v 1

But this is what they do in all my stocks, they offer nothing and wait and usually they win when somebody else sells out, I'd be amazed if this does not happen. I could take out the 80p but I'll see if somebody sells first and I can get a bit of size.

But I have 1% of the company myself now. Probably enough for me.

The story of Spaceandpeople needs to become a little more mainstream to keep the buying momentum going...

I would agree that the MM's are now flat so any further buying will see the share price rise quickly.

Very difficult for a MM to adjust a share price to any specific valuation?

They simply look to make a two way price around the trading volume they see on a daily basis...

What will drive the share price up is consistent net buying of the shares - we can see today that 25,359 have been bought and just 1 share sold - if that continues then the share price will rise quickly.

Agree it needs to rerate but mm's will still go by the trades rather than adjust the valuation to a more sensible level.

The key dave4545 is that SAL are lowering debt each month from cash generated and that is evidenced in the recent trading update.
I expect to continue to see debt being reduced and we can see that cash is now outweighing debt so the company have a net positive position.
All good...
And nice to see approx. 1% of the company shares being bought today so far.

It is mental but it's a sign of the times now in shares where investors are a dying breed and the market is almost all day traders so they only want to get involved when they are noticed flying on the top % leadersboard.

The cash balances way in excess of market cap on a stock with growth, yes they have some debt too but this is crazy.

Good to see buying this morning after yesterday being a day of sales...

It does seem ludicrous that we have a valuation around the £1.5m level whilst seeing revenues grow from
- £1.9m for 2020
- £4m in 2021
- £5.5m in 2022 and
- £6.6m delivered for 2023

And could the company formally announce profitability in April/May?
