I think it's going to go mad, all dips took and no stock now and heading for another high after last weeks collapse.

18p later ?

My calcs show that 4p EPS is easily achievable for FY22.At the very least, this should recover to 15p, the price before Hardwood screwed up the market by clumsy selling. And IMO should be 20p by month end, if not 30p, once FY results are out and brokers issue FY22 forecasts.

Justin Waite up to 5.5%

He has a huge following on twitter so when he promotes it which I assume he will this will take off again as now it will return to being very illiquid

Cracking day, closed at high bid of the day and also offering zero at 13.5p

Normally push on when this happens

12.65-12.9p now

Somebody buys 20k and 2 mm's drop down so more L2 games to try and flush out sellers

Think they did, 3.5 mil is not massive. I'm a small pi and I bought 100k, only takes another 20 odd pi's doing the same, the rest was cleared this morning, been some very nice chunky delayed buys.

Liquid atm 50k quotes get 12.65-13p.

Still waiting in further holdings RNS, to see who else picked up chunks of the Harwood stake. Can't all have gone to sub-3% holders...

shake time

43k buy at 13.7p AQSE and 2 mm's drop the bids from 13p to 12.5p right after

They are hoping others sell at 12.75p online for a nice profit for the mm

Looks like Justin Waite, of voxmarkets host fame, bought some of the Harwood stake.

But we don't know their fixed cost base for H2. Only for H1. They were coy about costs and profits in their TU....

Strong now 13.63p bid so clearly wins have sold their stock.

Madness but people were buying at 9.5p Friday then selling it back for 8.5p because of zero patience

They would be 40% up now, even the 50k seller at 12p that must have paid sub 9p was way too soon imo

That's sensible.Revenue was £3.4m in H2, and that was impacted by Covid issues in December. So they are already running at £7.5m annual revenue imo, with their current staff.

Maybe. I am taking a more conservative view as I know its not always easy to ramp unthe number of clients and campaigns, without also the equivalent ramp up in account managers and client success managers/execs, and logistics personnel on the ground. These, depending on how the company categorises, might be fixed costs (as the headcounts could be permanent hires).Either way, still amazing value IMO at the current price. Should easily be 15p. And 20p has a clear pathway. 30p possibly pathway with more updates and results later this year.

Boonkoh, Based on £4.5m gross profit, I think the PBT would be a lot higher than £800k. They've streamlined the business and cut expenses by over £1m. In H1 2021 the admin expenses were down to £1.5m (and I don't think that includes the benefit of government support – that was shown separately as £0.4m of income. Therefore annual admin expenses are c.£3m. Annual interest expense may be c.£0.1m. Therefore based on £4.5m of gross profit, the PBT could be c.£1.4m, or about 7p a share.

Bonkers

If they issued that news a week earlier when 15-16p then it might have went to 20p but because of Harwood you could buy at 10p but it looks like Wins have sold the rump of their stock and now the price is rapidly going to recover to 20p with a few traders taking profits like some who got in below 9p taking a quick 3p+ at 12p bid

And a £3.4m H2 revenues. Not bad at all. If I take that as still 20% below "normal" to be achieved in FY22, and the usual H1/H2 seasonality, I get £7.5m revenues, 60% gross margin, £4.5m gross profit, c.£800k PBT, and assume no tax due to losses tax credits over the years. That's a 4p EPS.

Stunning cash gen?Cash headroom was £1.35m as of end of Q3 (Sep21). Now at £2.1m as end of Q4 (Dec21).It's hard to unpick and not 100% sure they haven't had expanded facilities since Sep21, but assuming not, that's a staggering positive cash flow in.

Well after that update the price is going to recover as quickly as it dropped once Wins have flogged the rest of the Harwood stock.

How can SAL put out a news update today and totally ignore the collapse of the share price last week......

Proper communication with shareholders is needed, at the very least a simple explanation as to why the share price fell.

More is better than less!

Given recent lockdowns and trading history Wins took a gamble. If they still have half left to clear how low will they go to clear - or will they sit and wait?

NB Used to hold but got out early December 2020. Was thinking of getting back it but gut suggests with Harwood bailing out they may well suspect further problems ahead.

Good luck to all who still have faith.

Nobody did

Wins bought it at 7.55p and started to work it down, sadly early buyers at sub 11p did not twig and then as it goes quiet the price has to go much lower to get bigger demand for Wins to try and clear it.

Sub 9p is more fair and support came in. I took a few myself but they still look to have around half of it to shift.

A week ago people were paying 15.9p and now's 9p blimey
