Can see continued corporate billings this year, as companies do everything they can to retain staff by using temporary incentives like gift vouchers rather than increase base pay. Also as inflation squeezes household budgets, people will be rummaging for loose change and also gift card balances under the sofa. So higher redemptions = more revenues too.Maybe the only blip could be further deterioration of Christmas Savings. If its food on the table now vs on 24 Dec you know what the decision is going to be.However, with its rock solid balance sheet, no risk of going insolvent. And hopefully, the huge interest rate rises will generate more than enough interest income to offset any declines from inflation.

It is good to see some growth, a low base but still growth. My concern is the lack of forward transparency and outlook. One of their rivals was touting £12M in booked space which is significantly higher than S&P. The property sector is crying out for income so S&P should be making hay.

If you ask the company the question, they will give you the answer. It worked for me. There were no discrepancies.

Perhaps their accountants didn't want to sign off forward booked revenue and suggested that they get removed from their annual accounts?

Also as far as booked revenue is concerned it would appear that when the February 2022 trading update was made that they believed they had £4.5m in rev banked from Jan 2020-Dec 2021 but then with adjustments after year end they have "discrepancies" of £500k. I agree it does appear very strange

Rivaldo, SAL have a habit of just not talking either about bad news or just ignoring the bloated estimates they have made previously when actual figures come out. There are some people on this board that clearly don't understand the industry and where S&P fall into it.

On 7th February SAL stated 2021 sales were £4.5m in their year end trading update:

But today's results showed sales in 2021 of just £4m.

So SAL have lost £500,000 of sales since February's update - over 10% of total sales in fact! There's no explanation AFAICS in today's RNS.

Not a holder, but vaguely following the company for some years. Anyone got an explanation?

Wow... 1.6p basic EPS in just H2. And this is before a full recovery. Net debt reduced, possibly net cash by HY23. If momentum continues could we see 4p+ EPS normalised going forwards? Even a conservative PE ratio of 8x gets to 32p share price target from the current 14p.

https://t.me/+q3g5WKG6H-MyMjBk telegram group - Mc Mining. Looking for another met coal play? MC Mining Massively under the radar. Met Coal Producer. Will do 300 - 400 percent near term.with average coal price averaged more than $200, expect a significant amount of profit this quarter. Minimum 50k tonne at $100 profit is $5 million per quarter.with such a small mcap, this will fly current market cap only 12 million.
