Gross revenue 2021 was £1.9m
Gross revenue 2022 was £4m
Gross revenue 2023 being £5.5m
Gross revenue 2024 around £6.62m

Net revenue at £5.8m up from £4.7m

Net debt falling quickly now to £1.1m and should fall below £1m by end March.

Interesting to see if they secured profitability for 2023 - my guess is a Yes.

Crazy cheap at £1.2m given current mid price of 63p…

What am i missing here? Net cash 0.8m on a 1.1m marketcap that has a strong growth trajectory into 2024 and announces a revenue beat? I've taken a starter position on the bell and will do more DD. Looks like a cheap recovery play, any views from LTH's?

This is certainly one unloved stock - very little news coming out of the company?
That said - guidance on revenues was £6.5m up from £5.5m and an EBITDA maybe of £100k...

All for a valuation of £1.14m...

Worth adding that social media has been strong across the year and the quarterly updates showing increased clients and days active delivers continued growth.

Did anybody else watch the investor talk from Nancy and Gregor? Both their verbal and written responses don't go into detail about how badly they are performing in the UK, it's only the upturn in Germany that made the results look not too bad!

They mentioned that trading in H1 has been difficult and that brands are now holding out until H2 but that is not my experience. They will really need to perform well in H2 or questions will start to be asked - no more excuses.

Feel a bit of a fool topping up on the strength of the rail contract to see these results. Does not read well.

Agreed parsons, I topped up too. now trading at 52w high and reporting next week. Gotta watch the debtors numbers and the finance costs but revenue may be going very well

Topped up this morning. The market cap showing on ADVFN is £15.5m which was correct before the consolidation !!! It is actually £1.6m, for a company that could be making over £500k profit this year that is far too cheap imho

Yep hatfull, a frustrating set of full accounts…
I will add more if the interims show the progress the CEO has suggested and backed by the broker note.
Zeus have a target price of 220p.

Well RoleyBirkin I think most of your questions have been answered. They really broke even and wrote off £1.5m of goodwill. I think this is now a good recovery play, valued at £2m with a balance sheet of £3m, Plenty of capital available and several new products which are already growing sales. I will be listening to the interview later.

Lots of questions…
- What are the next steps for the NR contract and the likelihood of securing it for a further period?
- How is Germany faring?
- What are the plans for Germany and Europe - expansion?
- How close to break even was 2022?
- How is the current year faring
- Any guidance for FY 2023

Shares closed on the RSP at 101 bid for 12,500 against 105 offered in 400 shares.

I tried to top up on Friday, I could only get 1000 shares at £1. The NR contract is very important, but if you look at how many stations are involved, how many other companies could handle this contract, I would guess not many !!

Great !!!! Just when things are looking imminent and good !! there is a delay. I am afraid this is quite normal in these times. You have to be very patient.

Another strong step forward on growing revenues and the move to profitability...

Great news and shares look rather undervalued at just 98.5p

Look for a re-rate towards the 150p level on next weeks results and the likelihood of 2023 guidance.
