Great find! Share price weak due to cyber attack news? Events in Middle East, or both?Personally think cyber news has meant oversold here. Always seems to be something causing a drag on share prices currently!

Reminder from Nat that Volex is benefiting from explosive growth in AI and data centres (20%+ compound growth)..."Fascinating piece in today's @ft.com about the looming data centre capacity crunch. With demand outpacing supply, there is a growing demand that we at @Volex are playing a central role in helping to meet #VLX #datacentre #ai #technology"

Small piece on VLX in Amati's latest newsletter - states they've taken positions in their Smaller Companies Fund and their AIM IHT service:

Togglebrush - I too wondered if the latest acquisition might be where the weakness is found to be. I guess Volex acquisition process involves some temporary blocking of integration to allow for such risks when takeovers and mergers occur. In a way, it would be good to find that this is where the weakness is found, rather than worrying about it having been in existing systems all along.

ALGO traders (AT) have substantial numbers of the trading deals which may hinder the share price recovery. Yesterday in first two hours "Off Book trades were 180" and "AT trades were 132"

Doesn't inspire confidence to learn that their IT systems weren't secure. Could have had a serious impact. I have sold.

Spirent are very much focused on next gen mobile coms - not saying this won't affect VLX but it relatively small area for them.

Ha yes for once! Management have navigated covid and high inflation extremely well, seamlessly almost. Would they have made a big acquisition if they felt growth would slow?
